This ones a bit short but I like how it turned out!

It had been years since Eddie proposed, we now had a son. His name was myles. He was the sweetest little boy with his fathers eyes and talent. He was fluent in French, I'd taught him at a young age although English is his first language.

I sit in the living room, flipping through some magazine when I hear something. I get up and tip toe upstairs to hear Eddie plucking away at his guitar while singing in Dutch.

After a few minutes, I walk in, seeing myles sitting beside his father, singing along with the tune. Eddie looks up, signalling for me to join in. I sat beside them, humming along.

The tune soon finished and myles was left with a wide grin on his face.

"Mommy, daddy was teaching me to sing!" He exclaimed

"I know, you sounded great."

"I'm thinking of teaching him Dutch." Ed says

"That sounds fun. He'd be trilingual."

"He already knows a bit. Right myles?"

"Ja! Mama, ik ga zoveel leren." (Ya! Mommy I'm gonna learn so much!) myles says

"That's great hon."

Times like these were the best, Eddie was such a great father and husband. We really did live happily ever after.
