3rd POV

"What do you mean it's her?" Steve spoke breaking the silence while Wanda put Y/n into a peaceful sleep making sure to keep the bad dreams away
"The girl in the video Rogers keep up," Nat said while flipping her hair back
"How do you know?" Steve questioned
"I saw it from her point of view while going through her mind, also we're gonna need a bigger case file," Wanda says as red mist flows from her hands over the top of Y/n
"I'll get the rest of the team, Wanda bring Y/n to her room, and have F.R.I.D.A.Y keep an eye on her," Steve says starting to walk off to gather the team
"Wait, Cap!" Wanda says stopping both Nat and Steve in their tracks
"What?" Steve says turning around
"Look for a man named Mark Y/L/N, he's the man who beats and hurts Y/n and he's..."
"Spit it out, Wanda!"
"He's her father..." Wanda says scared for what Steve will do
"F.R.I.D.A.Y do a deep background check on Mark Y/l/n" Steve yelled out
"Mark Y/l/n, age 54, born July 18, 1966, in Albany New York, currently unemployed, father to Y/n Y/l/n, lives at 7845 forestwood Ave, criminal charges included 16 D.U.I's, 2 years in prison due to missing court for D.U.I, lived in Belgium from 1982 to 1991, worked for HYDRA for 8 years starting at the age of 16 while living in Belgium, moved back to Albany New York in 1992, married Whitney Y/l/n in 1998, their first child born 2003, wife mysteriously was found dead in 2004 in the countryside near Brooklyn." The A.I. says
"Nat, you and I are gonna take a little road trip," Steve says grabbing his shield from the corner of the room while Nat gets her guns reloaded and in her thigh holster as they both walk out of the room pissed.

*over the compounds intercom* "Captain Rogers requests the Avengers in the living room immediately"
Everyone finally made it to the living room after waiting a bit.
"Okay, what's the occasion capcicle?" Tony said walking in and over to bar
"Y/n," Steve said sternly
Everyone freezes what they were doing and turns to Steve with looks of worry and numbness.
"Is she okay?" Loki says, being the first one to speak up
"Did her vitals change rapidly?" Bruce says fixing his glasses
"What did she have a flashback and not come out of it?" Tony says laughing while taking a sip of whiskey that he had just poured
Everyone turns towards Tony in shock at what he has just said.
"Dude? Why? Just why?" Sam says shaking his head
"Yeah Loki wouldn't even have said that," Bucky says while eating a bowl of goldfish
"The metal arm man is right, I may be the god of mischief but I know my limits"
"Hey, I was the one who saved the world from your mistake!" Tony says pointing at Loki
"Yes well, I didn't create a program that doesn't know the difference between saving and destroying, while it tried to kill you all"
"You really wanna go there reindeer game?!" Tony says getting up in Loki's face ready to suit up
"It would be my pleasure mortal" Loki speaks with an evil grin on his face
"Okay! okay! let's just take a breather" Steve says rushing between the two men along with Thor
"Yes I agree with Fossil man here it been a good few years without any world takeovers remember? So let's not get angry over this, we got priorities"
"Yes Thor is right, I just checked on Wanda with Y/n she told me what's going on and she plans on staying with Y/n to make sure she sleeps well" Vision spoke while floating through the wall
"Okay now that everyone has cooled down, let me explain what's going on. Y/n did have a flashback and went into some kind of trance, Wanda was able to get her out of it and put her into sleep for now but remember the case from November? Well, we know it probably has something to do with the 7th stone as Thor and Loki have said before, well we found new footage of that day from a Security camera on a nearby traffic pole."
Steve pulls up the video on the tablet and swipes to project it into the midair.
"As shown here there is a person exactly where that beam hit, and that person was Y/n. You can see her figure in the video but not enough to confirm that it's her at least until Wanda saw it from her point of view while going through Y/n's mind at the time."
"Dang this is some Voldemort shit" Sam spoke
Everyone turns to Sam in confusion and a "wtf" face
"What? You know cause Voldemort took part of himself and put it into the Horcruxes"
Everyone was still silent and staring at Sam like he was out of his mind.
"Oh come on did anyone read or watch Harry Potter?!.... fine whatever continue Cap," Sam said giving up
"Anyway....with finding out that Y/n was Most likely struck by the stone I think she should stay here with us." Says Steve
"Doesn't she have a family?" Clint says walking up to everyone
"Hey what are you doing here?" Nat says laughing walking over to Clint to give him a hug
"Well Furry said you guys might need some help," Clint says giving a small giggle
"Well about the family part..." Steve said breaking up the conversation
"Evil parents?" Tony spoke taking a sip of his whiskey again
"Parent, Mom was mysteriously found dead in a field in the countryside, father worked for HYDRA for 8 years while living in Belgium then became an abusive drunk after moving back to the US, he's had 16 DUI's and has been to prison for missing court dates."
"Any Record of what he did in HYDRA?" Bucky asks
"Not that we're aware of," Steve said frustrated
" How old was Y/N when her mother died and her father became a drunk?" Clint asked
"Mother died 2004 a year after Y/n was born but Record shows his first DUI was October 2006, but again who knows what he started and how long this has been going on for," Steve said already ready to punch something
"what was his name?" Thor questioned
"Mark y/l/n," Nat says stepping forward
"My God, that was the man at the library" Loki whispered to himself
"What is it, brother?" Thor says giving Loki a questionable look
"Did you hear the lady at the library? She was yelling at the man and she was calling him Mark"
"....and they both kept mentioning Y/n," Thor says shocked
"So what's the plan now? We just walk right up to him and ask what he's done?" Bruce says confused
"No, they are..." Steve says pointing at Nat and Loki
