"Here is my new song, it has not been released yet. It's called There is No Us. I think a lot of people will be able to relate to this, " I said. I closed my eyes and started to sing.

And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage
And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage, yeah

I opened my eyes. People were starting to come near the stage I was at. Swaying back and forth to the song. I closed my eyes again.

That's an AP, yeah yeah, it's bust down, it's a new me
There is no us now
Way people move, few that I trust now
Got a few racks, little I lust now
Don't take my time, I'm trying to flip
Don't come for mine, come off the hip
The reason I shine, I know where I fit
The reason I shine

And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage
And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage

Oh, it's that new wave
You all in your feel, feel
On my own ish
Tea to be real, real
You in the stands, I'm in the field, field
And on my demand, blowing up still
I already know things you gon' say
Don't waste my time, no, not today
Said the reason I shine, there'd be no place
And the reason I shine

And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage, yeah
And I could never be average
Been hell and back and I managed
All in a pretty little package
Yeah, they all know I'm a savage
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
They all know I'm a savage
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I got off the stage as about 80 people who came to listen clapped. As I was walking away from the stage a lady stopped me. "Are you Naomi's daughter?". she asked. "Uh yes," I replied. "What was it like having a supermodel mom?" she asked excitedly. "I'm not sure," I answered, leaving her in the same spot she was standing in.

I walked the rest of the way to the car park before ordering an Uber. The Uber came quickly, dropping me off at my AirBnb.

I got in and laid on the bed. I needed a night out. I needed some me time. Houston was the perfect place to do that because I knew nobody here. Just then, I got a call from Shana.

"Good news! The performance went well and your streams are going up. You are doing amazing and I know you can do it!" she said. "Thank you," I said. "No problem love, have fun out there," she hung up.

Texas BBQ

I sat down at the bar with my ribs and started to eat them. "Would you like anything to drink?" the bartender asked me. "Peach mojito please," I said. The bartender nodded her head before making my mojito.

"Where are you from?" she asked. "I'm from Detroit," I answered. "Really? Well welcome to Texas," her thick southern accent started to shine though. "Thank you!" I smiled. She handed me my mojito.

I took a sip before continuing to eat my ribs. "What time do you get off?" I asked the bartender. "I get off at 8," she said. "Meet me at that hotel by the Galleria," I said.
