"Hey Anthony, remember when you said I should come in and make a song," I asked him. "Yes," he replied. "I think I'm ready," I said. "Really!" Anthony yelled. "Yes, I got the lyrics, you got the beat?" I asked. "Yup, come down to the studio now, I'm ready," he said. "Alright, be there in 20," I said.

"Alright, issa lock in," Anthony said. Anthony was a great producer, he produced SZA's Ctrl album and that was absolutely fire, so when I decided to sing I knew exactly who to go to. I sat in the booth, lyrics heavy on my mind. "You heard the beat, right," Anthony asked.

"Yup, listened to it on the way here," I said. I didn't really know how I felt about singing with a bunch of successful artists watching me, but here we go. The beat started to play.

I closed my eyes and sang to make it easier to sing in front of all these people. I looked up to see Anthony nodding his head to tell me to keep going.

I opened my eyes to see everybody just staring at me. "That was fire," Anthony said. "Really?" I asked. Everybody started to clap and I was just astonished but the way they responded. The only people who ever heard my singing was my dad, stepmom, Letitia, and John. I got out of the studio and sat down on the couch and listened to other people sing and rap. This room was just filled with talent. Even SZA came in and sang, she was amazing.
