{Chapter 63} Changed my shifting routine

1. I actually don't do anything, I just don't.

2. Jk, I'm laying in my bed listening to a lucid dreaming subliminal and then after 4/5 times I stop and throw my earphones somewhere in the room 🤩🤩🤩.

(Mini thing) 3. Oh and btw I also check multiple times if I'm still awake by pinching myself in the arm, like 10 times in the morning, afternoon, evening, yeah you understand.
If it becomes a habit it would also probably happen in my dream, and once I understand that I'm dreaming it's just 🤩🤩🤩🤩!!

3. Then I just repeat affirmations like "I'm gonna lucid dream" "I'm able to lucid dream once I fall asleep".

4. Once I'm in a dream I should be lucky and check if I'm awake, and ykyk.

5. Yes now I know that I'm dreaming ayyy😍😍✌️✌️

6. I first take the time to calm down and check my surroundings.

7. Once I feel ok I just imagine a portal BEHIND ME because it's easier than immediately seeing it in front of me.

8. I turn around and the portal should be there, then I repeat affirmations like "I'm shifting to my desired reality" "I'm only able to go to my desired reality" etc.

9. THEN I GO IN THE PORTAL AND NOT FUCKING THROUGH AND POOF MAYBE SOMETHING HAPPENS AND THEN I'M IN MY DR.
