My classmates keep teasing me about what happened earlier. They keep saying that me and Adriel have something. Well, maybe but not the way they think.

Masama ang tingin sa akin ng ilang kababaihan at buti na lamang ay marunong silang lumugar kung hindi ay kalbo na ako ngayon.

"What do you think are the skills needed in Tourism?" tanong ng aming prof. No one raised their hands. I know the answer but...

"Perse." mahinang tawag ko sa katabi.

"Hmm?"

"Recite ka sabihin mo 'to." ibinigay ko sa kaniya ang aking notebook na naglalaman ng aming mga lessons.

"Sure ka? Tama 'to?" sumama ang tingin ko sa kaniya. Tumawa lang ang ugok saka nagtaas ng kamay.

"Yes, Mister Viglianco?"

"Empathy and emotional intelligence. It goes without saying that digital transformation carries the future of the hospitality and tourism industry, but this does not mean the industry will become depersonalized.  Problem-solving, Teamwork, Strategy and innovation and of course, stress and time management will be needed." I stared at Perse. He didn’t look at my notebook and he spoke professionally.

"Excellent." he just nodded and take a sit.

He returned my notebook to me but I was still dumbfounded. Wow. Just WOW.

"Tulo mo lumalaway." pang-aasar niya.

"Alam mo naman pala." he smirked but did not answer. Pahumble ang gago.

Lunch time came so we set up to go to the cafeteria. We're talking while walking downstairs. Brionny keep ranting about her grades.

She said it would be difficult for her to be a valedictorian because of Perse and me. We knew she was just joking so I just laughed at it.

I can say that Brionny is also diligent in her studies especially Elena. But I feel something weird every time I caught Elena staring at me.

I just dismissed what I was thinking. Hindi naman siguro niya ako titirahin sa likod.

"Finally!" nagulat kami ng makitang nandoon sa labas ng aming building sila Zyren.

"Kanina pa kayo?" tanong ko. Umiling naman sila at saka nagsimulang maglakad.

I feel someone's staring at me so I looked around. He smiled but I rolled my eyes at him. Akala niya nakakalimutan ko ang ginawa niya kanina.

Bukod kay Adriel ay nakatingin din sa akin si Aiden. May lungkot sa mata niya habang nakatingin sa akin.

"You have problem?" nilapitan ko siya at sa kaniya sumabay ng lakad. Kumunot ang noo nila sa akin dahil nga lumipat pa ako sa likod para kay Aiden.

Nasa kabilang side niya si Genevieve at malungkot din ang mga mata nito.

"O-our..." Aiden looked hesitant.

"Our what?"

"Donna, can we talk to you privately?" singit ni Genevieve.

"We're already talking." medyo malayo naman sila sa amin.

"Can we go to Laguna? To your f-family."

"Why?"

"W-we just want to clarify some things about you." bakit ba sila nauutal?

"Sa akin?" they nodded.

"Sige." ngumiti ako sa kanila pero hindi nila sinuklian 'yon. Ano bang problema nila?

"Can we go now?" kumunot ang noo ko.
