"Let me go!" sigaw ko. Ayaw ko silang makita. Hindi ko sila kilala. Baka...baka gahasain din nila ako.

Ayoko...

"Please, let me go! I don't know you!" maraming nakapaligid sa akin sa isang puting kwarto na sa palagay ko ay hospital room. They all have the same expression. Sadness and worry...

"Donna, I'm your brother. Please, calm down. We're not going to hurt you." a man said.

"I don't know you. Please, pakawalan niyo na ako. Hahanapin niya ako!" I shouted.

"Baby, I'm here. You don't need to worry. We're here." pag-aalo pa sa akin ng isa pang lalaki.

"Hindi ko kayo kilala!"

Bigla na lamang ako nawalan ng lakas ng may iturok sa akin ang isang nurse.

Inaantok ako...

"Sleep for now, baby. Sana maalala mo na kami sa paggising mo." I felt a lips kissed my forehead before I completely lost my consciousness.

I can hear their conversation but I can't open my eyes. I feel so tired.

"Why doesn't she remember us?" a familiar voice said.

"Based on our observation earlier and the tests we did, she's suffering from dissociative amnesia." a Doctor said.

"Amnesia? W-why?"

"She's trauma, that's why." sagot naman ng isa pang boses.

"Dissociative amnesia was formerly called psychogenic amnesia. It occurs when a person blocks out certain information, often associated with a stressful or traumatic event, leaving the person unable to remember important personal information. It's too much for her to carry that burden so her brain decided to block some memory. Kaso nasama tayo sa memorya niyang nawala." a guy with a baritone voice explained. He doesn't look like a doctor, anyway?

"She experienced deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes their sense of self and their ability to feel a full range of emotions and experiences,

Violence, sexual abuse and other emotionally traumatic events can lead to dissociative amnesia, which helps a person cope by allowing them to temporarily forget details of the event." dagdag pa nito. The real doctor patted his shoulder.

"You're learning, Thor." the doctor looked so proud.

"Of course, I am, Dad. Tss, sayang ang tuition, 'no." biro nito pero ngumisi lamang ang iba pang lalaki.

Thor...

A man suddenly turned his head in my direction. My heart thumped when our eyes met.

"Donna!" dahil sa sinabi nito ay nagsipaglingunan ang iba sa akin.

"What are you feeling, baby? Does your head hurt? You're hungry?" sunod-sunod na tanong nito.

"D-dont come near me." ani ko sa paos na boses.

"Baby, i-it's me. Adriel, your boyfriend." he eyes soften.

"N-no..." a memory flashed my mind.

"Mama... where's my Mama? I want to see her."

"She's outside. Wait, let me call her." lumabas ang lalaki at sa pagpasok muli nito ay marami na siyang kasamang babae.
