"Kuya!" I hissed over the phone.

"Calm the fuck down, Donna. Brighton is here,"

"How am I supposed to do that? You told him about his father without my approval!" bumuntong-hininga ito.

"It's not my fault. Your sister told him, don't blame me..." biglang sumilip si Ate. Nakapeace sign ito at hilaw ang ngisi.

"I'm sorry! I thought that was a good idea! And he's asking din naman," medyo napalakas ang boses nito kaya sinenyasan ko siyang tumahimik.

"Why? Where are you ba?" I closed my eyes and sighed.

"I'm with Aria and his..." nailayo ko sa mukha ang cellphone ng umirit si Ate Gen, kahit si Kuya ay sininghalan ito.

"Why?! Why are you with them? OMG!! Kuya, I can't believe this!" she sounds excited about something.

"Can you lower down your voice.  Aria is sleeping," it's true.

Nasa kama kami ng kanilang suite na katabi lang pala namin. Iyak kasi ito ng iyak kanina at akala'y hindi na kami muli magkikita pa kaya wala akong nagawa kundi samahan muna ito at patulungin.

His father is in the bathroom, doing his business.

I explained to my siblings why I'm with Aria and they understood it.

"Binisita niyo ba si Willow?" I asked and as usual, they looked away.

"What's the damn problem with you? Ate? Kuya? It seems like you don't care about my daughter---"

"Of course, we care! We're just busy..."

"Yeah, so busy that you never pay a visit. Marami kayong day off pero—" napatingin ako sa pinto ng banyo ng lumabas do'n ang nakatapis lamang na si Adriel. My eyes went down to his  ripped stomach, down to his  v-line...

I looked back into his eyes and immediately looked away when I saw  that he was also looking at me.

"Why did you stop?" nabalik ang tingin ko sa kausap.

"A-ah, I mean, hindi niyo man lang nabigyan ng kahit kaunting oras si Willow?" nakita ko sa gilid ng aking mata na napalingon muli sa akin si Adriel. Focus pa rin ang mata ko sa mga kapatid kaya kitang-kita ko ang kanilang reaksyon.

Hindi ko alam kung paranoid lang ba ako pero sa tuwing mababanggit ko si Willow sa kanila... mukhang silang guilty. Pero para saan?

"Why are you always like that?" nabasag ang tinig ko, concern immediately filled their eyes when they heard that.

"What? Why? Are you okay?"

"I'm not!" hinimas ko ang buhok ni Aria nang bahagya itong gumalaw.

"Bukas na lang tayo magusap..." I said and cut the line.

"Are you okay?" I turned my head to Adriel.

"Magbihis ka na nga," I said instead. I slowly got out of bed. I glanced at Adriel again but he's just staring at me.

"Una na'ko. May flight ba kami bukas," naglakad na ako papunta sa pinto ngunit bago ko pihitin ang siradura ay nagsalita siya.

"I'm sorry,"

"For what?" nakatalikod pa rin ako sa kaniya.

"Because of what Aria did earlier. I didn't expect that she would do that just to be with you---"

"It's fine. Di naman na siya iba sa akin." I faced him and faked a smile. "Sige, iyon lang ba? Alis na ako," may sasabihin pa sana ito ngunit lumabas na ako.
