"Welcome home mommy's pretty girl" I smiled while sitting on the floor of the living room while Brielle laid in her swing beside me
Unlike jr when jr was her age, Brielle was a very calm baby. Even the nurses at the hospital would tell me that she didn't cry much, only when she was sleepy and hungry. Ever since she came home this morning she's been chilling and only cried earlier for a bottle
"I hope and pray you stay like this forever. So innocent and peaceful"
"Maaa" jr whined as he walked into the living room, dragging "I'm hungry"
"Ya daddy should be on his way back with something to eat jr. Be patient"
I could hear him groan and I rolled my eyes
"Get out yo feelings! Cone play witcho sister"
"I do t wanna play with her. She boring"
"How is she boring? She's a baby"
"She can't play with my toys"
"No cause she too little"
"Okay then ma. She boring"
"Bring yo ass"
Jr dramatically groaned while walking over to Brielle and kneeled beside her just staring with his face frowned up
"I wanna take you back.. to the hospital" He told Brielle
"Why you don't like your sister?"
"Cause. I don't wanna sister. I just wanna be alone"
"Well too bad cause she here now"
"Unt unt. Ima take her back to the hospital"
"How?"
"On my bike" he said with confidence and I just waved jr off while Brielle looked at him, eventually smiling
"See! She like you"
"No she don't cause I don't like her"
"Just cause you don't like her don't mean she don't like you"
"Yes it do"
"Get away from my child. Bye!" I pushed him upside the head while shy walked in the house with bags from steak 'n shake
"My food!" Jr yelled which startled Brielle and she frowned up her face but didn't cry
"Chill out" shy fussed at him while hand him a bag then handed me one before going down the hall to the room
I grabbed the remote off of the chair and turned on the tv, watching lifetime while me and jr started eating. After a minute shy came back into the living room shirtless and went straight to Brielle, picking her up
"Baby girl! Wassup"
"She been so quiet the whole time. I tried to get jr to bond with her but he wanna take her back to the hospital instead"
"You ain taking my baby back to the hospital" shy told he and he nodded
"Watch. Ima take her on my bike"
"Oh forreal?"
"Yup"
"Well guess what. Now you ain got no bike. Ima give it to Hendrix"
Jr kissed his teeth "Hendrix can't even ride no bike"
"I'll teach him"
"I'll beat Hendrix up and take my bike back"
