Someone once said "you can't run from your problems"

    Naruto knew that . he knew he can't run forever , so instead he decided on a tactical retreat.

    A single second of surprise from his comrades and he was out of there before anybody could recover from the shock.

Not answering any questions .

  How the hell was he supposed to explain to the others that he's fucking a disastrous force of nature!?

'I can't answer the question if they're not asked' he nodes to himself silently .

'No questions asked , no answers given'

'...!?'

Naruto comes to a halt once near his apartment.
"Kurama ?! I haven't heard your voice since the morning!" Naruto exclaimed ,immediately covering his mouth.
He didn't mean to say that out loud.

'It's only been a few hours , don't be dramatic'  the voice in his head pointed out flatly, and naruto scoffed.

'And ? Can't you be a bit nice and say you missed me too'

Kurama snickered.
'As far as I'm concerned you never specified that you 'miss' me , all you did was point out how we didn't communicate since morning'

Naruto's left eye twitched, which seems to be his new response to any inconvenience thrown his way.
    He entered the rundown building with a sigh .
   'Okay okay that ...'fair' , I missed you, did you miss me too?'

   He spoke the first sentence trough his imaginary teeth .
    He awaited a response from his mate , but none came .
'Kurama ?'

No response. naruto frowned , entering his apartment.

Was kurama ignoring him ? Well this certainly wouldn't be the first time.

'Hey!Are you there ?' He telepathically yelled.

They had some serious relationship issues that needed fixing .
   Communication is key . too bad both of them sucked at it .

'Oh , you were saying something ?'

'No nothing. I'm making some ramen , fuck off'

Naruto growled stomping towards his kitchen .

What an asshole.

He ignored the laughing in the back of his brain. Instead focusing on his ramen .

He didn't get to finish his food at the BBQ restaurant due to his little escapade .

Man ...what is he going to tell them later ?

Naruto put down all the ingredient in front of him, silently pondering  wither to do it himself or going to ishiraku's instead .

  ' do it yourself you lazy mortal' the voice in his head said lazily.

A thick mark appeared on the blond's forehead .

'I told you to fuck off' he growled.

Communication was never an option.

' remember who you're talking to, imbecile'

'Remember who this imbecile fucked'

'Remember who was the one in charge of the entire thing, imbecile'

'Fox got your tongue?'

Naruto had enough , he put everything back into the fridge .

'I'm in a shit mood now , and lost my appetite. Thank you' he spoke , sarcasm dripping down his every word .

'You're are most welcomed dear mate, cutting down some ramen from your diet will improve your health greatly'

The blond went to his bed.

Made again...huh.

Naruto just dropped down face first .

'Ah yes , before I completely forget . there is something I've been meaning to tell you'

'Leave mmmeee alllooonnne' naruto dragged on his words .

He didn't more annoyances from his mate.

'...what ?'

Kurama kept quiet for a second.

'What!?' Naruto asked again , fed up with the other's shenanigans.

' nothing of great importance , just wanted to inform you that I missed you as well'

Naruto never jumped from his bed faster .

"What !?!"

'...'

'Kurama ??'

They cut off the connection. And naruto felt his face burn.
