{Hudson's POV}

"We shouldn't have left her. Donne's gonna be f*ckin pissed." I tell Yarrow who simply shrugs while driving.

"We can handle Donne angry. What we cant handle is the Karieo brothers catching us, it would ruin everything and you know that." Yarrow reasons.

"Maybe so, but I don't know if she'll take our warning seriously. Donne needs to talk to her, she'll listen to him."

"What do you want him to do, just give her a call?" Yarrow says sarcastically.

"F*ck yeah." After a look from Yarrow, I'm quick to change my answer. "You know what, nevermind." I roll my eyes.

We pull into the run down motel and Yarrow parks in front of one of the many red room doors. I get out of the car and Yarrow follows while fumbling in his pocket for the room key. I stop at the door and Yarrow steps in front of me, swiping the key and entering.

I walk into the familiar setting, taking in the two twin beds and cot in the corner. There is a tiny countertop with a microwave and a small table with two chairs. On a once empty wall, there is now countless pictures of Aspen, her family, guards, house, as well as Ash's father and his gang members.

My attention is suddenly caught by Ash himself when we suddenly make eye contact. He looks past me, clearly looking for the missing party and he furrows his eyebrows.

"Where the f*ck is she?" He asks confused.

"Complications arose and her brothers found us." Yarrow says plainly, kicking off his shoes and heading for the cereal on the counter.

"What do you mean complications? What happened, is she okay?" Ash suddenly asks worried.

"She's fine, she managed to escape us and call her brothers." I reply while sitting across from Yarrow who is now eating his cereal at the table much too small for him.

"You should have called me and let me talk to her." Ash says frustrated while pacing around in the room.

I immediately look at Yarrow who is fixated on his cereal.

"What did I f*cking say." He glances up to me and rolls his eyes.

"Well sh*t how should I know?" Yarrow says, "I thought you would still be with your father anyways."

"No I managed to convince him to let me out of that sh*thole early." Ash says while looking at our plan board.

"You mean the warehouse?" Yarrow asks for clarification.

"Sh*thole, warehouse, same thing." Ash waves him off. "Did you at least warn her? Does she know what's going to happen?"

"We didn't give her any specifics, just not to go to the competition. I don't know how seriously she took it though." I tell him, leaning back in my chair.

"Good, she doesn't need specifics. I think it would be a good idea if I talked to her like I was supposed to in the first place. She would take it seriously then." Ash ponders as he looks over to us to see our reactions.

"You could be putting her in danger, what if your father or his men found out?" Yarrow asks seriously.

"It's always a possibility, but they trust me now. I don't think my father has men following me anymore."
