"Shhh" I said softly rocking Amira back to sleep. But here came Kiara, Giselle, Cassie and Tiffany walking into my room laughing real loud. Amira eyes opened right back up and she started smiling. "I'm going to kill ya" I said squinting at them. "Sorry but isn't Ashton taking her for the night?" Tiffany smirked. And I started laughing. "Get out!". "Wait so start getting ready so we don't miss the mini concert" Kiara said then they left out. I wonder where is Ashton ? He knows that I planned to finally go out with my girls. Checking to see if Amira was up, it looked like she was peaking at me. "Yes I'm looking at you" I smiled at Amira. "Who are you talking to?" Ashton asked walking into my room. "Amira. She's peaking at me" I laughed. "She's saying you scary. Mommy scary right Mimi?" Ashton said picking up Amira. "Whatever. Look better than your bitch though" I said tightening my towel around myself. "Yeah so they all say" Ashton said. And I started laughing. Ifnorning his comment I lotioned my body up then put on my matching Calvin Klein bra and panties on. "If I don't look better than your girlfriend why are you staring so hard?" I asked catching Ashton watching me. He sucked his teeth and turned on my TV. I started smiling trying not to laugh at him. I put on my gray Calvin Klein pullover sleeveless gray hoodie, dark denim shorts and my high top gray Adidas. Letting my hair down from the wrap I had it in, I brushed my hair down then put on my Jaidell necklace. "Don't hurt nobody" Ashton mumbled thinking I didn't hear him. "I'll try not to" I said and kissed Amira. "Take care of my baby. I'll be back a little later" I said then attacked Amira with my kisses. "Mommys lover her baby" I smiled as she just stared at me. "I miss those" Ashton smirked. "Please don't ruin my night" I rolled my eyes then grabbed my phone and clutch leaving out of my room. I walked down to my mom room and poked my head inside. "Mommy I'm leaving. Ashton got the baby. Call me if anything" I said. "Okay but I'm going to check on Ashton with the baby" my mom said. "Okay I love you" I said. "I love you too". I walked down stairs and they all started talking their shit. "Whatever ya, are we going or what?" I smirked. "Yes! We were waiting on you thickems" Kiara snickered. I stuck up my middle finger and we left out of my house. "Okay let's catch that cab right there!" Giselle said running to the cab so we ran behind her. We hopped in the cab and drove to the Skate Key already turning up. So when we got out it was somewhat a line in order to get in since Big Freedia was coming to perform. So we waited on the line which moved pretty fast especially with us taking pictures and twerking on line. We got inside and put on our skates then started skating around. "I missed you Jai!" Cassie yelled over the blasting music. "I missed you too girl. But you know my mommy duties come first" I pouted. "That's not a bad thing at least we had to beg you non stop to get out the house. Do you miss Amira?" Giselle asked me. Tiffany and Kiara started laughing skating over to us with our smoothies. "What's funny?" I asked knowing something crazy happened with these two. Its always like that with them. "We jipped the guy by like five dollars but oh well nobody told him to be a perv!" Tiffany rolled her eyes making us laugh at her. "Look the concert is about to start let's make our way to the front" I said getting up and skating over to the stage. "I hope she invite us on the stage" Giselle cooed and we all agreed. "Let's go crazy if she do. Like to the point we become famous" I exaggerated making them laugh with me. But we quickly got quiet to watch the intro of her show then we all screamed as Big Freedia walked onto the stage. "Ayeee!!" I cheered clapping. She started singing her song as her dancers went crazy to the music. We even started dancing to the music as well with skates on everything ! Big Freedia started cheering us on in the crowd as we started the dancing trend. Even though she didn't bring nobody on the stage I had so much fun. Once the mini concert ended we all went back to skating. "Nah that show was too live and it got me over six hundred likes on IG" Cassie said pulling out her phone again. "Owww I haven't posted anything up besides our pictures from waiting on line" I smiled. "Let's start the follow the leader line it was fun dancing!" Giselle said to us. "Worddd Jai start the line with your short ass!" Kiara laughed. "Okay but Ki we like the same height so shut it love, you probably like two inches taller than me" I laughed but skated up front. Kiara put her hand on my shoulders and the girls did the same so we started skating around and dancing. "We see ya! Get on the pretty girls skate line or you will miss out!!" The DJ yelled making almost all the boys attack us. I laughed trying to catch my balance but bumped onto this boy. "Sorry its the boys fault!" I laughed. He smiled and winked at me. Shaking my head I skated away from him, no boys allowed to Jaidell heart right now. I went back to leading the skating line until the song went off. "If boys follow us home tonight let's blame Giselle!" I laughed out of breath. Kiara looked around with the only smile on her face and looked back at us. "Ya lucky I'm taking or I would have us surrounded right now. Its a bunch of fine niggas in here and I mean damn papis!!" Kiara bragged and laughed at herself. "No bring them a pretty girl like me get bored at night" Tiffany fake pouted. "Girl bye!" I laughed at her. "You have Ashton so hush" Tiffany laughed bumping me with her hisp. I scrunched up my face and stared at her. "Child I have Amira and that's all I need". "Preaaaach mommy!" Kiara clapped and we all started laughing. We went and sat down and here came the boy I bumped into skating over to us. "Who's that?" Cassie smirked as he smiled and stopped right in front of me. "Little mama you shy?" He smiled at me. "Not at all big poppa" I said mocking him making them laugh at me. He smiled and licked his lips. "You taken?". I looked him up and down then rolled my eyes. "Even if I wasn't you wouldn't be able to get my attention" I mugged him. See the old Jaidell would've loved messing with him to make him go crazy over me, but I don't have time for that. "What's wrong with your friwnd? She's gorgeous with the meanest demeanor?" He asked looking at Kiara. Watch she give me up so they can tease me. "Nah she just mad some nigga stood her up for the night. But give her sometime she would cheer up" Kiara smirked. And I started laughing at her lying ass ! "You see?" Kiara smiled. He started smiling like he had hope. Ummm no ! If I'm denying Jace and Mikel attention; you know that I just want to be alone. "Actually you see my friend Tiffany is single and she was just checking for a boy" I smiled and pointed at Tiffany. The boy looked at her and started smiling then winked at her. "Let's go talk" she smiled pulling him away. And we all started laughing. "Please tell me that you're over Ashton cheating ass!!" Kiara yelled at me. "Why you say that?" I asked her pulling out my phone. "You've been curving every boy since we stepped out and they weren't basic at all!!" She continue to yell at me. "Ki I'm just not ready to date yet knowing that my heart can possibly get broken.... I'm going home" I said snatching my skates off my feet and put my sneakers on. Speed walking out of the Skate Key I bumped the hell out of somebody. Most likely a boy because a girl would've fell right on her ass because I bumped the too hard. It wasn't on purpose but I wasn't trying to apologize either. "Damn! Say excuse me next time and I would've moved!" He yelled after me. I went to go stick my middle finger up and froze. I know I said I was done with boys buuuut the way his looks were set up, made me want to date all over again. "Sorry" I said then walked into the street trying to flag a cab down. "Jaidell!!" Kiara yelled walking with the girls. "What?" I asked acting like I was still upset. "You could've at least said sorry" Giselle said looking back at the boy. I started laughing and stuck out my tongue. "We can go back inside if ya didn't turn ya skates in". They all lifted their skates showing me they still had them. "Alright come on and PS I did say sorry" I said as we walked back inside with them. "Let's get something else to drink and I got a small bottle of coconut Ciroc but Shhh don't get us caught" Tiffany said. "I got to do my daughter into he morning so I'm good but I'm not going to get ya caught " I laughed then we skated over to the concession stand. We ordered our drinks and they quickly drunk out of their cups. And I started laughing at them. "Ya too iffy" I giggled then skated away from them.
"Mean ass!" The boy yelled after me. It was time for the Skate Key to close everybody was slowly leaving. "Me?" I asked acting all innocent. "Yeah you!" Kiara laugjed pushing me with Giselle. He smiled and signaled me to come over to him with his index finger. Only if he was biting his bottom lip it would've felt like a movie scene right now. I smiled and walked over to him. "Yes?" I asked smiling a little too hard. Okay so seeing him from far was like "he looks good!" But getting this close I felt like I was standing in front of Chris Brown or Trey Songz. "Why you bumped me?" He smiled. "I was mad about something but sorry" I smiled and looked the other way. "Nah its cool but I just needed a reason to talk to you" he smiled. "Boy quit playing" I giggled. "Nah I'm serious. What's your name pretty girl?" He smiled. "Jaidell" I said seeing girls plotting on him. And I sucked my teeth I just got out of this situation, I don't need this. "What's wrong?" He asked seeing that my face was annoyed. "I have to go bye" I said and walked faster out of the Skate Key. So here came my girls running after me. "Girl what the hell is wrong with you?!" Tiffany yelled at me. "Ashton isn't even on his level child please explain why you walked away?!" Kiara yelled as well. "He probably is a ass whole. Jai you okay?" Giselle asked me. "Right ya too busy caring about he look!" Cassie helped Giselle. "It's nothing like that but I just got out of a relationship with a boy that every girl wanted and I'm not putting up with that again" I said very calm. But upset couldn't even describe what I was. "Wait, Jibril is coming to pick us up" Kiara said so we all stopped in our tracks and just stood where we stand at. But I went to go lean on the car so I can calm myself down. Here came Jibril with his car and we all got in then he dropped us all off. Walking into my house I can hear Amira crying, she must be just waling up. I washed my hands then made my way to my room, Ashton wasn't even here. I picked up Amira and she continued to cry. So I changed her pamper then made her a bottle and we laid down together until she finished her bottle. I started patting her back and Ashton walked into the room fully dressed. "Check this nigga out" I mumbled to myself and laid Amira down in her swing so I can get undressed. I took off my clothes then went to go pick Amira up but she was already sleeping. So I went and took a shower but Riley called me when I got out.
"Hold on Riley, let me get dress and I'll call you back"
"You sure? I'm surprise you are even up"
"I'm just getting in"
"From where?! Let me go IG stalk you and call me right back!"
"Okay". I started laughing then put on my pajamas then braided my hair up. "So where the fuck you went that you left my daughter screaming crying. One she was soaking wet and hungry?" I asked Ashton. I couldn't take no more of him, first I wasn't going to say anything. But he walked in like he wasn't wrong and he had a attitude at that ! "Not tonight we'll talk in the morning" he said and laid down on my bed. "Why can't we talk now Ashton?" I asked ready to beat him up. "I'm telling you Jai.... Not right now" he said closing his eyes. "Whatever and you can go home tomorrow since you don't know how to take care my fucking child by yourself" I said and snatched my pillow. "I got my own house that I pay my own bills. You bugging the fuck out if you think I care" Ashton said. "Oh really? So go the fuck home now then motherfucker" I said and left my room. Then called Riley.
"I was about to fall asleep on you, but I was thinking Nila woke up?"
"She was up screaming crying left alone in the room for who knows how fucking long. I thought better of Ashton, I swear I did"
"Don't cry Jai. She's okay now right?"
"Yeah I fed her then put her back to sleep but damn if you can't be a good boyfriend why can't you be a good dad"
"Just calm down Jai. As long as you're a good mom then that's all it matters. He's only being a dick because you don't want him back"
"But that's not fair to Amira she didn't ask to get put on this world with a cheating ass father. I swear if Amira was in my mom room I would've killed Ashton"
"Jaidell don't let him get you worked up!! He's enjoying seeing you angry because he's hurt from you actually not wanting to work your relationship out. Don't let him get you there Jai. Just let me beat his girlfriend up every time he gets on your nerves"
And we started laughing together.
"No Riley that's not nice and besides its not her fault"
"Ugh you are absolutely right but that's the only way to get him mad unless.... You get a boyfriend"
"No because I only go after pretty boys and look where that got me. Mind you I would be the one having everybody with heart eyes for me but whatever"
"So get you a Ja Rule looking nigga duuuuh"
"Hell no but I did meet a cute boy today like 'oh my gosh can I have you' cute but--"
"But what Jaidell?!!"
"He was too cute and as I was talking to him some girls were like plotting on him"
"Okay and does that mean he wanted them? Did he look back and wink?"
"No but... I just want to say he's all mine without looking dumb Riley. And he's like super cute and guess what made us start talking?"
"You twerked all on that beef cake!!"
"No nasty but I stormed out the Skate Key cuss they wanted me to talk some boy I fell into earlier"
"I'm guessing he wasn't this boy cute?"
"No he was cute but the boy I bumped he yelled at me but he didn't call me a bitch for bumping him or anything"
"Awww what's his name?"
"I didn't give him a chance to speak I got mad all over again. Kiara and Tiffany wouldn't stop cursing me out for turning him down"

"The girls"
"I'm hanging up! But tomorrow I'm coming to your house but be dress"
"Okay". Hanging up the phone I walked right back to my room seeing Ashton was sleeping next to Amira's swing. "He just want me to be happy with his ugly ass" I said then turned the lights out.
