I woke up to the bed being wet I shook Jahmir
"Wake up"
"What? and why the fuck the bed wet yo" he said getting up and turning the light on
"My water broke dumbass" I said getting up
"Hand me those sweat pants and that jacket go put the car seats in the car i'll grab the hospital bag and i'll meet you down there" I said
"Fuck" I yelled as the pain started to get worse
He did as told I cleaned myself up real quick and put on my clothes I brushed my teeth really fast cause I can't be going up here with stank ass breath I grabbed the bag and my phone.
"Come on let's go" Jahmir said taking the bag from me and carrying me downstairs he put me in the car then ran to go lock the door
He got in the car and sped to the hospital I called the group chat and good thing everyone answered.
"Y'all i'm having the babies meet us at Kindred hospital"
"Fuck Jahmir hurry up and drive this shit hurt bitch" I yelled
"Okay we almost there ma breathe" he said
I hung up the phone and threw it on the floor
"Ughhh"
He pulled up to the emergency room leaving me in the car he came out with the nurses running behind him with a wheelchair they helped me get in the wheelchair while Jahmir went to go park the car and stuff they put me in a room and a bunch of doctors started to come in. They quickly admitted me since I was in active labor.
"Okay how are you feeling"
"like i'm in fucking pain"
The nurse begin checking my fatal monitor while the doctor checked my cervix.
"Alrighty Ms. Johnson your currently 5 centimeters dilated" she smiled
"What 5 centimeters already?" I said surprised
This was honestly going faster than I thought
"Yes, when you came in you was already dilated. So in about 2 hours you can start to push" she said taking her gloves off and washing her hands before leaving the room
I nodded and Jahmir came in
A while later the Doctor and nurse came back in
"Looks like your 8 centimeters dilated, so let's begin pushing"
"Do you want an epidural or no" The doctor asked
"No ima try to go with out it"
"You sure ma you gon be pushing out 2 babies" Jah said taking my hand in his
"Yeah"
"Everyones waiting in the lobby" he whispered in my ear before kissing my forehead
"Where's Dr. Miller" I asked
Dr. Miller was the doctor who was supposed to be delivering the twins.
"He's on his way up here now"
Minutes later he came in he put on gloves and everyone got in their positions so I can begin pushing these big head mother fuckers out of me.
"Okay let's start on the next contraction push until I say stop"
I nodded waiting for my next contraction to come and when it did I pushed like he said.
"Your doing good I see the head one more big push"
I pushed one more time
"Okay stop"
I heard one of my baby cry's fill the room
"It's the twin boy" One of the doctors said
"Dad would you like to the honors of cutting the umbilical cord"
Jahmir nodded and let go of my hand and went to cut it.
"Okay now push"
I gave one big push
"Okay push again"
"Uh uh I can't do it" I said laying back out of breath
"Ms. Johnson if you don't push now you will cut off your baby's oxygen and she will die"
(Idk if that's how it actually works but yea😭)
"Come on mamas you got this" Jahmir said dabbing my head with a wet towel and kissing my head.
I nodded and pushed one last time before my baby girl came out. Jah let go of my hand to go see the babies. I laid back tired as hell
"Baby boy 9Ibs and 14oz."
"Baby girl 8Ibs. 13oz."The doctor said cleaning the babies off
"Here you go" Jahmir said handing me Kehmari after the doctors were done doing what they had to do. He was holding Kehmir
"They are so cute" I said smiling at them
"Let me see him" I said trading with Jahmir
"He most definitely gon be a momma's boy" I said smiling at our son
"In your dreams" Jah said
I rolled my eyes
"What's their names" The doctor asked
"Kehmir London Andre Jones" I said
"And Kehmari Nalani Carmen Jones" Jahmir said
"Tomorrow you can sign the birth certificate and all that other stuff"
We nodded and all the doctors left and our family came in.
"Aww"
"They are so cute"
"Wash y'all hands if y'all want to hold them" I said
They all went to go wash their hands and started to pass them around so everyone could see and hold them
"They most definitely y'all kids they got y'all whole face even y'all mug" Mike said causing everyone to nod their head
"He ain't lying" Nick said
"What's their names"
"Kahmir London Andre Jones"
"And Kahmari Nalani Carmen Jones"
"Oh my God she has my name" Carmen said giving me a hug
"Mhm" I smiled
The doctors came in and showed me how to breast feed them and all that other stuff I fed them then went to sleep.
