Me and Niyah was currently at the mall with Lanie. We walked in foot locker seeing these group of boys and a few girls.
"Look y'all think these cute?" Lanie said showing me a shoe
"Yeah those fye" I said causing Niyah to agree
"I think ima get em" she said calling the worker over
"Can I get these in a size 4 please?" she asked
"Yes i'll be right back" he said before heading to the back
We kept looking around waiting for the guy to come back with the shoe Lanie asked for.
"Yo" one of the boys from the group said speaking to Lanie
"Yes?" she said turning towards him
Me and Niyah stood back watching as they talked. After a few minutes of them talking he got her number then came up to me.
"Aye my friend over there want your number" he said pointing to a stud who was staring me down
She was fine she wore a white shirt with black nike sweat shorts along with some white forces.
"Tell her don't be shy come get it herself" I smiled
He nodded before walking away. Me and the girls finished doing our thing.
"Wussup ma" the stud said approaching me
"Hey" I said stepping away from Lanie and Niyah
"I was wondering if I could get yo digits" she said smiling
"Straight like that no what's ya name? how ya doing?" I asked
She chuckled "Let me start over" she said walking away
"Wussup ma how ya doing" she said approaching me again
"Hey i'm doing good how about you" I smiled gently
"Im doing aight, what's yo name?" she asked
"Mari, yours?" I asked
"Stunna"
"Stunna let's go" one of her friends or whatever said
"Can I get yo digits" she asked
"Sure" I said taking out my phone we exchanged numbers really quick before she said bye leaving the store with her friends
I looked down seeing she put herself under "Stunna bae💙" causing me to laugh lightly before closing my phone.
"Okay Mari period" Niyah said wiggling her eyebrows
"Ew stop. I'm not going for the whole relationship thing again" I said as we walked out the store since the girls had bought the shoes they wanted
"What? why not?" Lanie asked
"Cause of what happened with Eliana she just took my virginity then left me high and dry. I don't think I can trust anyone again after that" I said
"Girl fuck Eliana. Don't let her ruin it for everyone else yeah she did you wrong, but that don't mean everyone else want to do the same don't let your guard down, but at least give someone else a chance" Niyah said
"Mm okay" I said nodding
"What was the boy name that came up to you?" Niyah asked Lanie
"Chevy" she said
