Today is December 20th. Me, Faith,Niyah,Jo,Lanie, Mateo, Mir, Ivy, Ava, Quan, Jeremiah, and Aveon are going on a couples retreat before Christmas we were going to go to Ivy's grandparents house they had in Maui. I was currently packing while on the phone with them.
"I can't believe you gotta girlfriend we ain't know about Jeremiah" I said zipping up my last bag
"Cause it ain't y'all business" he said sticking his tongue out
"Ew stop" I laughed
Quan was going on this retreat with Ava and Aveon was going with Ivy. Mir was going by hisself since he's the only one who didn't have no one. I'm going with Faith, but only as friends because we not together.
But lately i've been noticing that I like her. Every little thing she does just makes me happy. I like being around her I can't go a day without seeing or talking to her. I always find myself smiling when i'm talking to or about her she just makes me feel a way I never felt before. The only people who know that though is my twin, Niyah, and Lanie they promised not to tell her though, but we'll see how that go.
"Okay bye y'all me and Mir gon see y'all soon y'all better be ready our flight leaves at 3am. It's already 12" I said
We spoke for a little before hanging up. I grabbed all my stuff heading downstairs seeing everyone in the living room.
"Mari is all that stuff necessary we only gon be gone for a few days" Mir said
"Yes it is now shut up" I said
"Y'all got all y'all gifts ?" my mom asked
"Yeah we only took the small stuff we could pack" I said
She nodded
"Y'all can get y'all other gifts when y'all get back" she said
"What time is the driver coming?" Mir asked
"He should be here in a few" she said
I nodded sitting on the couch.
"It's going to feel different since we're not going to be home for Christmas" I pouted
"I know ima miss y'all" my momma said pulling us in a hug before there was a knock on the door
Pops went to go get it while we stayed in the living room talking.
"Y'all driver here" pops said coming back in the living room
"Okay" I said standing up
"Y'all come say bye to y'all siblings" my mom yelled
Kahlil and nem came downstairs saying bye.
"Bye ima miss y'all" Mya said hugging us
"Bye ima miss you too" I said hugging her
I said bye to the rest of them before heading out to the sprinter. Mir helped me put my things in then we said bye to my mom and pops before getting in.
"Niyah boyfriend coming?" Mir asked sitting next to me
"Yeah" I said
I gave him that look causing him to roll his eyes.
"Don't be on no bullshit Mir let's just enjoy this trip" I said
"Girl you always think someone wants to be on bullshit"
"Cause you do. Nigga I know you" I said looking at him
He just waved me off putting his Airpods in

We were all now on my parents private jet. I was laying in the room that was on the jet just watching Netflix on my MacBook.
