"Tyler please, that's the last thing I want to do" she pleaded in front of me

"I know you don't want to but you have to help me, I could've sent Taylor but she is in a coma" I said

"Don't worry about her, I'm sure Ashton will get her back" she said

"Aren't you too sure in Ashton and about that can you tell me why is he still here? It's been two weeks" I wondered

"Do I still have to go?" she asked

"Yes" I replied picking up my coat

"Where are you going?" she asked

"To the warehouse, I didn't attend to the newbies yet" I replied 

"Can you drop me off to our warehouse too?" she asked and I nodded, looking for my sunglasses. She picked something off the cupboard and patted my back. I turned around and she put my sunglasses on me 

"Don't drown yourself in work" she said and then lightly kissed me. Stunned was not enough to describe what I was feeling at this moment rooted to the floor. She pulled back and then looked at me

"You know, it's okay if you don't like me or are not ready to accept me as your wife" she smiled softly and wandered around the wardrobe looking for something to wear. I walked up to her and looked at her wardrobe

"Pair this with this and don't wear heels wear your black Nike" I said and walked out of the room so she could change

"Luke how long have you been training them" I asked pointing at the newbies

"A month boss" he replied

"But that's an awful aim" I said looking over them

"You neon T-shirt come forward" I said standing in front of them

"Ye yes sir" he stuttered

"If you stutter in front me, just f*cking shoot yourself before I do"

"Sorry boss" he replied confidently

"Go stand in front of the board" I said and took another board from Luke and positioned it just below my arm

"Hands stretched forward, legs apart and I want a bullseye and f*cking stop shaking. If the bullet hits me you are in for some real sh*t" I yelled at him

He fired the bullet and it just hit below my arm at the very edge of the board. 

"I said bullseye" I roared, he stood more confidently and fired, the bullet went over my head

"Boss, I'll take care of it, you go sign the deal papers" Luke came in front of me

~Jane~

"Tyler said his newbies have awful aim, I hop our one doesn't" I whispered to Grayson as we made our way to the field

"Charlie" I called out to grab his attention

"Please ask Grayson and Keith, what they saw in these f*ckers"

"Language Charlie" I muttered and went to stand in front of the crowd

"How many days are we training them?" I whispered to him

"3 months" he whispered back and I nodded

"You, the one who f*cking peed his pants, come here" I said and strutted towards me

"Do I look like papparazzi?" I asked and shaked his head 'no'

"Words, I need words" I roared at him

"No, ma'am" he whimpered

"Then why did you catwalked towards me? If you cannot walk with the confidence of a criminal, walk yourself out of that door" I clenched my jaw

"Sorry ma'am" he gulped

"That's not the answer I want" I said pulling him towards me with his hair

"I wouldn't dare to catwalk here anymore ma'am" he replied and I let go of his hair when I heard someone giggle

"Is 'Friends' going one here? Is it?" I yelled and everybody shaked their head 'no'

"I said words" I roared and everyone answered 'no' in unison

"Then why did someone giggle?" I asked walking towards them and I found the one, shaking in fear

"Did you giggle" I dangerously whispered to her

"Yes ma'am" she whimpered and I dragged her by her hair to the front

"Both of you, shoot each other" I ordered and both of them looked at me horrified

"What? Are you not willing to shoot each other?" I asked circling them

"Okay, fine, I'm feeling good today, so I'll not make you kill. You go stand in front of the board" I signalled the boy to stand in front of the board

"You, stand there" I signalled the girl to stand face to face with the guy at a distant and handed her a gun

"Legs apart Mr. peed in my pants" I shouted

"What's your name?" I asked her

"Susan" she replied

"Okay, Susan I want you to aim between his legs, no don't kill him I want you to hit the board but that piece of board visible between his legs, like this" I said and swiftly took out my gun from my waist band and fired.

Charlie walked to the board and found the bullet just below his d*ck, a centimeter above would've hit him

"I want you to fire just the way I did" I said to her

and she fired just the way I did.

"Listen up, if you want to stay in this mafia then you need to abide by my ways, if you don't like what's going on then walk out of that door as soon as you can and if you have been here for way too long you either need to follow me or come to me, I will slice your head clean" I said loud enough for even the trainees to hear

I looked around the area and smirked  walking towards the door
