"So you are going to come home drunk every night?"

"I'm done with this, I'm sick and I have a lot to deal with and all you are doing is disrupting everything" I yelled and then everything happened in a quick flash as a harsh slap landed on my cheek and I pulled the trigger of my gun then 'thud' fell Tyler's body. My gun slipped from my hand and I quickly took out my phone and then dialed Ashton

"I shot Tyler"

"What? Why?"

"Defence, that's how I was trained now help me"

"I'm coming"

I am sitting in the hallway of the hospital, there's something about hospitals that make me sick to my stomach, the bitter stench of death, the walls. I remember when I was here and I never want to come back and lay back on those filthy beds. Few people in my life know about it, just Keith, Julia and dad not even mum. Everyone thought I was in a mission but I was chained to these beds and.........treated. I swiftly took out my phone and dialed Keith.

"Yes boss"

"Keith"

"Jane, yes"

"Are you going out soon?"

"Yeah, in an hour why?"

"I'm in the hospital, will you pick me up and take me with you?"

"Yeah, Sure"

"Will you stop?" I asked him

"I can't" he replied, eyes on the road

"Please" I requested

"Why?" He asked

"Because I'm feeling sick" I said and the car came to a sudden halt near the forest. I got out of the car and puked my guts out as he stood nervously behind me

"Maybe we could go home and you can rest" he said handing me a bottle of water

"I need to tell you something" I said panting

"Let's get in the car" he said

"I messed up bad" I said

"We can talk about it later" he said trying to avoid talking

"I'm pregnant" I blurted out

"But that's good news....." he trailed off

"The child's not Tyler's but it's - no, let me speak - it's Ashton's and I recently got to know that he is not only Tyler's half brother but also ours" I said revealing the truth I kept away from him

"You're drunk" he muttered denying everything I said

"I'm pregnant and Tyler's ashamed of it that-" I started

"He abused you" he cut me off

"No, he didn't - he didn't mean to it was an accident but I nearly killed HIM!" I stuttered but couldn't control my emotion as I shouted at the end tears rolling down my cheek

"Shh, let's go home I can go to Mia's later" he whispered pulling me in a hug

"N-no you should go, bills are needed to be paid and groceries are to be stacked up, they already live a tough life and I don't want their schedule to be messed up because of a stupid petty meltdown of mine" I said detaching myself from him

"Fine, I'll drop you off and then go"

"Walker, I demand you take me there because I have some work to do" I ordered

"Yes, boss" he muttered starting the car. He is a diligent guy, an all rounder, my baby brother

"If I'm not wrong, you know about our business right?" I asked her sitting on the sofa trying to be polite

"Yes I do, Josh told me about it" she said curtly

"Do you know Linda?" I asked her as my eyes wandered around the little dingy apartment trying to find Allen

"Am I being interrogated?" She asked, a sour look on her face. Okay, she is getting on my nerves.

"No, I need your help" I confirmed calming myself

"I heard about her" she replied with a calculated gaze, scanning me

"She's Allen's grandmo-" I started

"Yes, grandmother, I know" she cut me off and that was the last straw

"Do not interrupt me again in your life, anyways will your abode accommodate another person?" I banged my fist on the table and then continued

"What?" She asked confusion and annoyance visible in her

"I want Linda to live here, in hiding" I confirmed

"Why?" She asked with that same attitude. Lord why does she think she can get away with standing up with me? Only Julia and Linda is allowed to do that

"Ugh, you ask way to many questions, she's at threat and that's all I can say" I said annoyed

"I'm done, are you ready to leave?" Keith asked walking out of the only bedroom here.

"I signed the bills, stacked the groceries and put Allen to sleep anything else?"

"You know, no one in the f*cking world asked you to do anything, neither I nor does my son need your help. We just wanted to live free happily instead you LOCKED US UP IN THIS APARTMENT!" she shouted at Keith, I groaned and closed my eyes resting on the sofa as Keith and Mia argued in the background and I dozed off to sleep
