Dani's PoV

A couple hours later

I jolt at Elena screams echoing from the kitchen.

I scramble to my feet rushing over to her.

"Oh my god!" I exclaim, "Elena!"

"Pressure!" Elena gestures handing me a towel grabbing the phone in her other hand.

I immediately press roughly on his stab wound.

He groans, "Behind you...."

I turn my head only to find nobody there.

I reach for another towel pressing it over his fingers.

"Katherine, behind you..." He moans to Elena, who frantically moves her head in fear.

"Jeremy," Elena gasps running upstairs.

"It's alright John," I offer a small smile, "You're gonna make it."

The front door bursts open.

"In here!" I yell out to the paramedics, "Hurry!"

"What happened?"

I shake my head, "I don't know. I woke up to screaming."

I sit nervously in Jeremy's bedroom, Stefan walking in.

"What happened?" He asks nodding to Jeremy.

"He said that Anna gave him her blood, and then he took these pills. And now, I mean, he looks fine, but then again so do you," Elena rambles.

I blink in confusion looking back down at the blood on my hands.

Stefan bends down observing Jeremy, "Come, here, look at me."

Jeremy starts to try and get Stefan off him, "No, I'm fine, ok? I feel exactly the same."

"Should we call a paramedic up here? What should we do?" I ask murmur.

"No," Stefan indicates, "He's fine."

"You mean I'm not a vampire?" Jeremy asks.
