" I found him in the woods "

Everything was faint in Naruto's ears. He felt heavy yet light and not to mention he felt a doll. As if he couldn't move.

"Quickly!!Aid him! "

Another faint voice.

Naruto felt that someone's was holding him. No. Naruto knew it. He felt arms around his body.

Naruto groaned as a bright light shine to his eyes and he felt the arms tightening.

" There are no signs of injuries sir "

Ugh. Another stupid voice.

" Naruto!! " A female voice screamed.

Shut up already.

" You! Emo-face, bring Naruto to the hospital with Shikamaru here "

Hahaha... Emo-face.
Wait, emo-face?

Naruto tried to move but couldn't and the arms holding him got tighter.

" I will make sure to do that "

" Hold on Naruto.. "

Naruto didn't hear anything after that.

It was bright again.

Naruto slowly opened his eyes and met with a square tile ceiling.
He felt a warm blanket over most of his body and thin clothes on him.

" You're finally awake!"

In less than 4 seconds, there was a body on his, with arms around his neck.
Naruto breathed in.

It was a girl by the scent of perfume.

Naruto heard tears of joy but heard an 'ow!' and the female was pulled off him.

Naruto rolled his eyes to his right to see two figures there and panic sunk into his heart.
He knew one, the female; Sakura his best friend.
Another one was ravened hair coloured.

" Naruto!! We were so worried about you !!" Sakura cried out.

Naruto didn't pay attention to Sakura but to the man who stood beside her.

Sai.

' Shit what happened ... where's Sasuke ?!' Naruto thought as he forgot Sai for a second and he quickly sat up and looked right to left. The movement hurt his head.

" N-Naruto! Stop moving! You'll hurt your head "

" Where's Sasuke?!" Naruto shouted out.

Did they find out he was a vampire? Did something bad happen? Did we get attacked? Naruto was fine when he went to sleep.

" S-Sausage what?! " Sakura repeated back, a bit shocked by the outburst.

Sai stood quietly beside Sakura wearing a fake smile.

" We were so worried about you Naruto-kun " Sai opened his eyes and they were blood red. The fake smile turned into a real one .

" Yes... So worried .." Sai smiled.

Naruto let out a manly scream as he fell out of the hospital bed.

" N-Naruto?! Are you ok?"

Sakura ran over to Naruto to help up but Naruto clung to Sakura like a baby.

Sai acted like nothing happened and his eyes turned back to black.

" Is Naruto-kun ok?" Sai acted shocked as he walked over to Sakura.

" Y-Yeah " Sakura replied but she wasn't quite sure.

Naruto blinked a few times as he stared at floor.

" Sakura " Naruto asked in a shaken voice as he slowly looked up at her.

" Who's he ?"

Sakura held Naruto tightly.

" He's my boyfriend- but don't worry about him, you're back!!" She cried out again hugging Naruto again.

Naruto looked up at Sai while Sakura hugged him.
His eyes were black now and Sai for some reason looked worried now.

It was all fake.
Naruto growled in his mind and centimetre by centimetre he moved back without either noticing.

Sakura finally let go of Naruto and wiped her tears.

Right at that moment, the door banged open.
Naruto saw Sai tense and move back a little.

Naruto quickly looked at the door as well as Sakura and Sai.

It was Sasuke.
He is alive!
