"I've messed it up. For real this time."
May and Sanchez were wrestling on the mats in the cargo hold. May was winning, definitely, but Sanchez had her own trouble.
"They have requested my presence back at Asguard. And I cannot disobey."
May pushed her down to the ground.
"Is it temporary?"
"That's the entire point, I don't know."
Now it was Sanchez who pushed May to the ground.
"I want to tell Coulson, believe me, I do, but he's probably mad at me, and he hasn't been out of his office for hours."
Both of them knew the exactly reason for that. He couldn't get out of his mind what exactly had happend.
And Sanchez had known. She had known everything.
"I'll talk to him. He needs to get out of there."
May pushed Sanchez down for one last time.
"Time we quit. We're almost at the academy."
"Fine. I'll clear the mats."
May went upstairs, while Sanchez cleared the mats. When she'd done that, she also went upstairs, to her bunk to change, while crossing Fitzsimmons, Ward, and Skye, who were talking about the next op, on the academy. Something with a freezing device.
No way she was gonna miss that. A device that could freeze things, and scaring some smart kids. That would be interesting. She'd never been to the sci-tech too, by the way.
When she came back from her bunk, Ward, Skye and Fitzsimmons were still talking.
"-And when he takes that time, it is to us to discover what's going on at the academy."
"Scaring some kids with glasses and no muscles. Can't wait," Sanchez grinned. Fitzsimmons made a 'god-no-not-her-again' face.
"You're not going with May and Coulson?" Ward asked.
"And what, missing all the fun on sci-tech? Never been there before. But agent Weaver is an old friend of mine. Time to gossip."
Fitzsimmons walked away, back to their lab. Ward rolled his eyes.
"At least, behave yourself."
"Can't promise that."
Ward left the room to, leaving Skye and Sanchez together.
"Why am I not surprised you want to scare the cadets from the sci-tech academy?" Skye asked.
Sanchez her grin became bigger.
"I've studied everywhere and nowhere, except on Sci-Tech. What do you expect?"

"There they are."
A dark woman came to Fitzsimmons, Skye, and Ward.
"So good to see you."
"You're as lovely as ever," Simmons smiled.
"Like a curl."
"Thank you," She smiled.
"Agent Sanchez, long time no seen."
Sanchez shook Weaver her hand. "Pleasure is all mine."
"Agent Ward, pleasure to have you, sir."
"Agent Weaver," Ward said. "There's a list of suspects?"
"Based on the level of intelligence it would take to put a device together like the one we found, we've narrowed it down to the top 10% of our Cadets. I'm worried there's a bad seed."
Ward looked at Skye, to explain her this term.
"Ops and sciences have differences, but both have to be careful about what we call "bad seeds," people who want to use the tools we give them for-"
"Bad seed" isn't a SHIELD term, Ward, just a term," Skye replied.
Sanchez rolled her eyes. "If we're gonna start like this, I'm up to somewhere else."
Without saying anymore, Sanchez left them with agent Weaver, walking into the building. Agent Weaver ignored the incident completely. So did Ward.
" I know you've already questioned the victim, but I have some questions I would like to ask him myself."
"I'll arrange for you to talk to Seth Dormer, when he's out of class. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'd like to get Agents Fitz and Simmons settled into the lecture hall."
Agent Weaver took FitzSimmons with her, while somewhere else, agent Sanchez was already stuck into the boilerroom, in the company of a bottle of Vodka, with the appearance of a young student.
"How- Wait, how did you get an entire bottle of Vodka?" The guy behind the bar asked. She started to grin.
"Magic, my boy. Wanna see it?"
She threw the bottle into the air, and catched him again, without even moving.
"How did you-"
"Oops, need to go. See ya."

"Today, we're proud to welcome back two of SHIELD academy's finest. Our youngest graduates to date, you know their names. Please, join me in welcoming agent Leopold Fitz, and agent Jemma Simmons."
Everyone in the lecture clapped, while Sanchez sat down next to Skye.
"And where are you coming from?"
"I got a drink," Sanchez replied.
"Wait... Are you drunk?" Skye asked. "Since when do you like it to be a drunk? Last I checked, you're always sober."
Sanchez started to grin, again. "Oh sweetheart. I'm only a drunk when I want to. Like now. I'm not really into lecturing classes."
They both looked again to Fitzsimmons, who were standing in front of the crowd.
"Thank you agent Weaver," Simmons said. "It's nice to be back. Unfortunately, it has to be under these circumstances."
"In this case," Skye sighed. "Say you've got something left."
Skye didn't know where she got it from, but Sanchez gave her a little bottle.
"Enjoy."
"If you don't know the history of SHIELD by now, there is no excuse... Unless you fell asleep in professor Vaughn's class, that's the perfectly acceptable excuse," Fitz said.
The crowd laughed. Skye and Sanchez looked at eachother.
"Our instinct as scientists is to move foreward, advance quickly, push the envelop, but given recent events, it makes sense to reflect back to our history."
"When SHIELD was founded, after the SSR was able to defeat the nearly unbeatable force known as Hydra,-"
"We turn to forget that these organisations, Hydra, Centipede, were also made up from extremely brilliant scientists, men and women that started with the same unlimited potential as you and I."
"Potential can sometimes be dangerous," Fitz said. "Plutonium has the potential to power a city. Or, to power a nuclear bomb."
"Today we would like to share a few stories from the field, in which we learned this lesson. Upclose, and face the concequences when untested technology or biology lands in the wrong hands. And don't worry, we brought pictures."
The crowd laughed again.
"O god... O god, what is this?"
A boy, who Sanchez recognised as Donnie Gill, stood up from his chair, but he started to freeze. Literally.
"Finally. The fun is starting," Sanchez murmled.
