Location: Greenwich university
London, England
Time: Unknown
"This is a enormous mess to clean up."
The team was located in the Greenwich University, London. Just a few days ago, Thor had visited earth, in a battle with the master of the dark elves.
Everyone was present, except Sanchez. Skye, Fitzsimmons and Ward thought that she had left to visit her mother, who was heavily ill, but Coulson and May knew the real reason.
Her majesty queen Frigga had died, in the attack of the elves, and as a highly ranked goddess, Sanchez had been supposed to be there. She had messaged them about it after the attack on Asguard.
"Don't say I never gave you anything," Ward replied, after throwing a lot of new Alien stuff on the floor.
"Checking for alien spectografic signatures... One tiny rocket at the time..." Fitz murmled.
"Necessary procossion," Ward answered. "We don't want anything alien getting in the wrong hands."
"Still, this is definitely the work that a monkey can easily do," Fitz said.
"You're our little monkey," Ward replied.
Simmons phone rang. She pressed the call away.
"Don't give me that look, I'll talk to them when I talk to them," Simmons said to Fitz.
"Talk to who?" Ward asked.
"Mom and dad. They want explanations and answers for... All this, but I don't have any answers, and more importanley, I haven't talked to them since I was ill, and if they knew that, they would be even more terrified, so... You know."
Her phone rang again. She ignored it.
"Why waste any of our time, really?"
"You guys maybe think it's old news, but it's news. To everybody else. Asgardians are aliens from another planet, and visited us a thousands years ago."
Skye, May, and Coulson had came into the hall, with more cases to clean the mess up.
"Or more," Coulson said.
"And because we couldn't understand aliens, we thought they were gods."
"That's were our Norse mythology comes from," Coulson answered.
"That's too crazy. Do you think other deities are aliens, too? Vishnu for sure, right?"
"You know, it'd be nice, for once, Thor and his people sent down the God of Cleaning Up After Yourself. They probably have a magic broom for this kind of thing," Coulson replied.
"I just wish they left their alien ship behind," Skye mumbled.
"So that we can clean that up too?" May asked.
"So that we can go inside. Take a peek under the hood, maybe we take it for a spin."
May smiled softly.
"Come'on," Skye grinned. "You're telling me that piloting an alien ship isn't on your bucket list?"
" I can't think of a single time when anything alien in human hands ended well," Coulson said.
"Wouldn't mind getting my human hands on Thor. He's so dreamy."
"Sure, he's handsome, but-"
"No," May interrupted. "He's dreamy."
"You should call Sanchez in New-Mexico," Skye replied. "I'm sure she can tell you one time it went well."
"But that's not what I'm going to do," Coulson answered.
"Whatever."
She followed May, going to the others, just when an alarm started.
"Fitz, is that-"
"Definitely not from here," Fitz replied, with a little piece of the alien ship in his hand.
"Another piece of the ship. What are you doing?"
Ward took a aerosol, and sprayed all over the object.
"Out of sight, out of mind," he told them, while locking the thing away in a special case.
"You better," a familiar voice told them. "It is one of the pieces of the ship of king Malekith. It's older then planet Earth. Thousands of Asgardian soldiers have died in the battle against the dark elves, under the command of king Bor. The ships have played a huge part in this battle."
Ward turned around, and he could see Sanchez, with her old black leather jacket, jeans, boots, and a pair of black gloves to work with.
"Before someone asks: She's doing better now, thank you. And if someone even dares to think about it, I wouldn't miss something like this for all the gold in the world."
She ignored the surprised faces of Fitzsimmons and Ward, and started to work.
Simmons swallowed. Of course, she was happy Sanchez was back. But something... Something seemed diffrent about Sanchez. She didn't know exactly what it was, but she wasn't sure if she liked it or not.

"I'm sorry for the loss of queen Frigga. I know that she was very dear to you."
The team was heading to a national park in Norway, for something with a tree. Sanchez wasn't sure where this was all about, but if it was what she thought it would be... She would be screwed.
"Thank you. In my period as advisor of her and his majesty king Odin, she has always treated me like a close friend. And I've spoken to my brother. She's better now than she can ever be."
"That's good," Coulson replied. The light of the sun was touching their faces. It would be in the late afternoon, when they would arrive at the national park.
"But what I wanted to ask... What happend after-"
"The punishment? Oh, I know what you mean. Surprisingly enough, I'm not like the last time it happend. I would describe it... More colder. More like May her hate-fu."
They both laughed, but Coulson wasn't sure if he should be pleased with this news.
"Odin had requested for me to return as his advisor. I refused."
"Why?" Coulson asked. "It seems like a great honor to me."
"Because of... You don't want to know," she replied. "But about your briefing from a few minutes ago... There was something with a tree, wasn't it?"
"Are you thinking about something?" Coulson asked.
"I'm not entirely sure," she responded. "But if my thoughts are right,  this operation can become a funny game to play."
She left his office, leaving Coulson behind. Only with more questions.

"I can climb in if you want. Just... Talk me through what I got to do with the... Do thats."
They were on location now, into the park.
"Yeah know, it's only about fifteen feet."
"I'll be fine," Simmons replied to Ward. "I'm just a bit more worried about the height things, since falling a certain death."
"You're affraid, hm? Shaking up? It's normal," Ward told her. "But, some feelings, will take over, if you well on them," he went further, helping her on the beginning of the tree. "Specially fear. Now, keep your eyes ahead. Focus on... What you like to do best."
"Not falling-"
"No, research," Ward continued. "You're a scientist. You like to figure things out."
"Yes," she replied. "With my do-thats."
"I'm curious. What was up in these trees hat to be there for centuries, apparently."
"At least a millenium," Simmons told him. "Radio carbin forteen, these trees are at least ninethousand years old."
"That sounds impossible," Ward said. "Do you think the tree grew around it?"
"Well, I've to check the chronology first, to be certain, but I know you're trying to trick me in going up, but I'm going up anyway."
"I'll catch you if you fall."
She went up in the tree, and she started to make a scan of the destructed place.
"Ehm... Whatever was in here, it was definitely not from this world. Fitz, Sanchez, are you getting this? It's not chitauri, is it?"
"No, no, don't worry."
Sanchez and Fitz had staid on the plane, to work from out of the lab.
"This isn't another virual treat."
Sanchez rolled with her eyes.
"Uhm... Hang on. Spectographic signatures, match readings from... Thor's hammer."
"Let me see."
Sanchez took the ipad out of his hands.
"Simmons... Whatever it was in that tree... It was Asgardian."
Sanchez looked at the signatures, and cursed in silence. After that, she gave the ipad back to Fitz.
"I... I can see an imprint from of what was in bed it. Scanning for three-dimensional restauration... Tell me when."
"When."
A 3D model appeared on the holo table, and Sanchez almost ran to the table.
"In all the nine raulms... They can't be serious."
She left the lab, and fitz grabbed to his ear piece.
"Eh... Sir?"
"What's it, Fitz?" Coulson replied.
"Sanchez just left the lab. She seemed... She looked like the 3D model of this thing scared her. Should we be worried?"
Coulson gave no response.
