Possible spoilers. Be warned.

"No! You're not. Absolutely not."
Coulson wanted to leave the base, along with some members of the team, to check up on Mr. Daniels, a man who had escaped from the fridge. But Koenig did not wanted to let him.
"You can't leave. There are protocols."
"Says who?! Since the entire agency pretty much collapsed, now is not the time to stand on protocols."
"Okay, fine then. Forget protocols. What part of secret base don't you get? Fury said to let only you in, I get a crazy Asguardian on my ass, and you show up with a bunch of people-"
"Agents!"
"The point is," Koenig continued, "They know what this place is now, and I don't know them."
"Hydra just released the entire population of the Fridge into the wild. There's gonna be violence, people will die, and I still consider it my duty to be the SHIELD that protects them."
Koenig made a face. "Moving speech. Truly. But nobody leaves, until they go through orientation."
"Orientation?" Coulson asked.

"Good luck guys. I already got my lanyard."
Sanchez left the room, while the others were stuck with... Koenig. Koenig and the lie detector.
"Just gonna need you guys to answer a few questions, a few psychoanalytic, non sequitur questions," Koenig said.
"A lie detector?" Coulson asked.
"THE lie detector, agent Coulson" Koenig said. "This baby measures galvanic skin response, oxygen consumption, micro-expressions, biofeedback brain waves, pupil dilation, voice biometrics - 96 variables in all. Fury designed this himself. He wanted a lie detector Romanoff couldn't beat."
Coulson was wondering how Sanchez managed to survive the detector.
"Did she?" Ward asked.
"Like Fury would tell!" Koenig grinned.
"Okay. Sooner we get this done, sooner we can get to work. So who wants to go first?" Coulson asked.

While the others were taking their stupid lie detector tests, Sanchez was looking to what would be coming up in the next part of their game. She had the stick with her video message, while Fitzsimmons, Tripp, and Coulson could go preparing for their mission any minute. She know where they were heading to. She hoped they would be carefull. Especially Coulson.
She wouldn't go with them, which she had explained to Coulson. Someone sucking up her powers? Hehehe. No.
Ward would survive the lie detector test, for some weird reason, and she would stay behind at the base, together with May, Skye, and Ward. May would leave, and Ward would be killing Koenig. After that... It would be time to reveal the truth. It was written in the wires.
Somewhere in the base, she could hear May, shouting against Coulson. That could be interesting.
When she went into their direction, she could hear more of their conversation with the minute.
"I should be flying this mission," May shouted to him.
"I made another call," Coulson replied. "Stay here. Get the fuel line repaired on the bus."
"I remember when you brought Daniels in," May said. "I know how personal this is for you, but-"
"We don't do personal. Not anymore."
"Phil, the polygraph cleared me. I'm not hiding anything."
"You mean you're not hiding anything else. Unless, you do know who is behind the TAHITI project."
"I didn't ask. I was ordered not too. And if you don't take me on the mission, take at least  Sanchez with you."
"Sanchez on a mission about a guy that can suck the energy out of you? How stupid do you think I am?"
"Phil-"
"Maybe the two of you can have a nice chat when we're out. About determing right from wrong. Heard she had trouble with that in the past."
"Phil, the only thing I did was following orders, and you would have done the same thing. Our job is to follow orders."
"It's also our job to determen right from wrong," he replied.
Coulson started to freak out against May, while Sanchez rolled her eyes. She leaned against the wall, and after ten minutes of shouting, Coulson came out. Sanchez went in.
"Don't tell me you've heard everything," May sighed. Sanchez made a face.
"Would you believe if I said no?"
"Definitely not."
"Good. I'm sorry Coulson is such a jack-ass right now. He'll change in the near future. And he's gonna need you."
"That might be, but right now, you can't possibly talk to the man."
"That will change."

"My goodness, I can't get that you are really leaving."
After Sanchez had helped May to repair a lot of stuff on the bus, May had decided to leave. She couldn't stand it that Coulson hated her right now, for just following orders.
"As long as I am here, he isn't going to listen. We both know that," May said.
"Fine then," Sanchez replied. "You can go. Say hi to Maria from me. I need to keep an eye on some people over here."
"Whatever you want to."
May left the bus, when at exactly the same moment, Ward came in.
"Wait... Is she leaving?" He asked.
"Yup. She's affraid she lost Coulson. While she was just following orders from the director himself."
"That's a difficult situation," Ward answered. "And what are you going to do?"
"There are still some things from the plane that need to be fixed. A few lines. A last check up perhaps. And after that, I'm going for a walk."
"This is a secret base. Are you sure-"
"You know, last time I checked, your name was Grant Douglas Ward, and it wasn't  Eric Koenig."
Ward made a face, and left the bus again. Sanchez smiled.
Men were so stupid sometimes.

When Fitzsimmons, Tripp, and Coulson landed at the base, there was just one question left.
"Where is our bus?"

Hey guys! We'll moving to the next chapter :) Now you're probably asking; Why have you skipped so much? I've skipped the mission, because I wanted to keep it mostly about Sanchez at the base. Why I have left the Skyeward part away? (Sorry for the shippers) Well, it was a bit boring (I thought), and I want to go to the end game. The big finally. The bing reveal.

See you at the next chapter ;)
