Snow

A/N plz I've had this chapter written and planned out before I even started the book lmao

Renjun POV

Renjun awoke from his sleep, his eyes opening slowly, his body feeling stiff, his throat felt groggy

"RENJUN!"

Renjun covered his ears at the loud noise

"RENJUN"

Turning face down on his bed, throwing his pillow on top of his head, covering his ears

"RENJUN!"

The bed dipped down suddenly and he heard the mattress springs make a springy noise

"RENJUUUUUNNNN!"

The mattress bounced up and down as someone jumped on it

"RENJUN WAKE UP YOU LAZY ASS!"

"Go awayyyy~"

His groggy morning voice croaked and cracked in the mattress, making the other giggle

"RENJUN WAKE UP PLEAAAASEEEE~~~~"

The person continuously jumped on the bed, over and over calling his name

"OK OK STOP I'M UP IM UP!"

Renjun shouted, sitting upright, a dizziness of his sudden rising quickly ensuing

"Ah shit-"

"RENJUN IT'S SNOWING!"

He turned his head, looking at the person who had been previously jumping wildly on the bed

"Why the fuck do you have so much energy in the morning?"

Renjun questioned as he rubbed his tired eyes with his fists

"BECAUSE IT'S SNOWIINGGGG!"

Renjun was unable to mask his amusement anymore, and chuckled lightly

"Okok. Let me put on some warmer clothes and we can go out. Ok?"

"Okay!"

Haechan rolled off the bed in excitement, rushing off somewhere else as Renjun went to change

A few minutes later, Renjun emerged from the bathroom, a hoodie and sweatpants on, Haechan was waiting on the bed, shaking in excitement

"OK LETS GO!"

Haechan pulled Renjun along, the older barely getting time to slip on a pair of shoes before the younger dragged him outside by the arm

"LOOK! SNOW!"

Renjun smiled, the peaceful little snowflakes falling down from the sky, around 4 inches of the white powder already covered the ground

"It's beautiful."
Renjun admired as Haechan dashed off, running around in the frozen wonderland

"RENJUN GUESS WHAT!"

Haechan announced as he ran up to him, panting furiously

"What is it Channie?"

"Three days till Christmas!"

Haechan had the widest smile on his face, which spread to Renjun

"Really?"

"Yeah! Isn't this great?! We get to spend Christmas together!"

Renjun laughed lightly, Haechan's childishness was the cutest thing in the world

"You're adorable."

"Thank you. You are too."
Haechan said, booping Renjun's nose with his own, then he rushed off, leaving Renjun to stand alone, watching Haechan play

Renjun bent down, picking up a handful of snow in his hands, shaping it, the gloves protecting his hands from the melting cold

Packing the snow into a snowball, he tossed it to the ground, the lack of effort was present

Haechan stops his own frolicking and starts watching the other.

Renjun notices the stares and asks
"Is something wrong?"

Haechan shakes his head no.

Renjun begins to walk away to walk back to the building. Cold and tired.

But Haechan had made his way over to him and grabs his wrist and pulls him into his chest.

His arms wrapping around the older's waist.

Haechan kisses Renjun softly.

They pull away and Haechan whispers to the boy's lips "I love you"

Renjun smiles, that was the second kiss. The second I love you. And it was just as special as the first

Haechan steps back "I love you." He says again but louder this time

"I love you Huang Renjun." He says louder again

"I love you" He repeats

Renjun smiles as Haechan turns around and cups his hands to his mouth and yells over and over "I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU!"

Haechan turns around again and looks at Renjun, smiling widely, stepping towards him and grabbing the sides of his face smashing their lips together in a short but passionate kiss before breaking apart and kissing Renjun's nose lightly before dashing off into the snow.

Renjun stood there awestruck at what just happened before blinking several times, and then he chased after his sun in the snow.
