Timothée's eyes immediately landed on Anya who hesitantly followed Gregg in the auditorium.
She avoided looking at her classmates cause she knew he was there."Sorry for being a little late Mrs Barnes!" Gregg apologized to their teacher and she nodded, then told them to take a seat.
"So, I believe you all saw the announcement of the roles! You are all great at performing and acting on stage, I had to make a decision though... So from now on, you will only have to read your own parts of the play during the rehearsals. There are not a lot of rehearsals left, but I'm sure you'll do an excellent job this year, as you do every year!" Mrs Barnes said loudly and her students nodded.
"Rosa and Henry get on the stage!" the woman exclaimed and Gregg started clapping in excitement, some of his classmates gave him confused looks.
"What!? I'm excited!!!" he exclaimed and Anya hit him lightly on the arm before standing up and going up the stage. Timothée followed after her.
"You'll play the scene at the dance, right after Henry realizes that Rosa is one of the maids.." Mrs Barnes told them and they both nodded.
"I don't think anyone will notice you're missing miss..., what is your name? Can you at least tell me your name?" Timothée asked.
"Rosa.. My name is Rosa.. Did you by any chance call me nondescript and invisible, sir?!"
"You are none of these Rosa. Why else would I be here talking to you? All I'm saying is that everybody is too drunk to even remember who they came here with. They wouldn't notice if you just gave one dance to me.." he stretched his arm out for her and waited.
"I know nothing about you sir...
A simple dance could cost me too much.." the girl nervously looked around."I am Henry.. And that's all you need to know.. We are both nothing but a name now. But we can learn a new thing about us every time we meet one another. What do you say?" he gave her a warm smile.
"I'm saying.. it's time to find out if you're a good dancer Henry.." she looked in his eyes for a second before connecting her hand with his.
"Come on...! I know the perfect place for a challenge like this.." he bit his lip and they both started running away.
"Fantastic!!!" Mrs Barnes shouted and the students started clapping, all except Kiara.

"Good job everyone, I'll see you all tomorrow!" Mrs Barnes smiled at her students when the class was over.
"You did great love!" Gregg approached Anya and gave her a hug.
"I did?! Not sure about that... He makes me feel like I have some angry butterflies in my stomach.. And I have to stare at him and smile at him the whole time..." she sighed and picked up her stuff.
"Anya, can I talk to you for a second?" Mrs Barnes exclaimed.
"Seems like I'm already in trouble!" Anya whispered to her friend.
"I'm sure it's nothing.. Go ahead! I'll talk to you later!" the boy waved and walked out of the auditorium with the rest of the students. Anya went to Mrs Barnes' desk.
"I know this is your first time doing this, and playing a leading part, so I wanted to make sure you're okay. I've been there before and it can be stressful, but you don't have to worry, you always do great! You'll start feeling more confident about it day by day, and you'll be ready till the performance day!" the British woman assured her.
"I mean I love this.. I just feel a little nervous every now and then because all of the other students have way more experience than I do.. And it's crazy to me that I actually got the leading part.." the girl admitted.
"They have more experience, it's true.. But the role is perfect for you.. And you have great chemistry with Timothée on stage..!"
"You think so?"
"Definitely, that's why you got the parts.. You two remind me of when I was your age. This year's play was inspired by those years of mine you know, that's how I wrote it. It may be a Victorian era play, but the story of the two young people who fell in love, but the whole world was against them was once real. But in reality the girl let him go, and he ended up with someone else.. So that's why the play has a happy ending instead.. Because fighting for what you want is not a mistake, and I can see it clearly now! So don't give up on things or people that easily! That's my advice!" the woman gave a warm smile to Anya as if she knew everything that was going on in her life.
"That's a great story and advice... Thanks for sharing it with me Mrs Barnes.. And thanks for believing in me since day one!" Anya smiled back.
"Thank you for bringing Rosa to life in such a delicate way! You can go now!" the woman said politely and Anya nodded and smiled once again before leaving the auditorium.

"Did you get the part?!" was the first thing Timothée's mother asked when he stepped inside the house.
"I got the part.." he apathetically replied and left his backpack on the floor.
"What's with the long face then? I thought that was the reason why you were nervous this past weekend."
"It's nothing..." Timothée walked to the stairs.
"Or.. Mom.. Can I talk to you?" he added feeling unsure."You know you can always talk to me.." she tapped on the empty spot beside her on the couch and the boy walked up to her and sat down.
"I know I've said I don't like talking about girls with you.. But.. I don't know what to do at this point.." he shrugged.
"I mean I already know you're dating someone, who is not Anya.. Yet she was here a few days ago and you had the time of your life. So I feel like I know where this conversation is going.. Am I right?" she gave him a weak smile.
"Yes...."
"So you like both of them the same?"
"I used to like Kiara a lot, I had a crush on her for years.. But then Anya came into my life and something changed. I started thinking of her more often and I started feeling the need to talk to her.." Timothée looked at his shoes.
"Isn't it pretty obvious who you like the most then?" his mom asked him.
"Yeah.. It seems like it is.. But Kiara loves me.. And I don't want to hurt her... How could I possibly leave her and be with Anya? It's too cruel.."
"It's not right to hurt people honey.. But sometimes we just can't make everyone happy, sometimes we have to think of ourselves and what's best for us.. You are not obligated to be with a person just because they want to be with you, if you feel like walking away then it's probably the right thing to do. Otherwise you'll end up being miserable and love can't bloom anyway when we're miserable.
Love only grows when there are mutual feelings from both sides. Everyone deserves a love that is equal to the love they give, so is this relationship even fair and right for Kiara?
I hope this helped you." Nicole rested her hand on her son's hand."Thanks mom..!" Timothée hugged the woman.
