"So I convinced him and he accepted my offer! But he never really told me what I have to give him in return.." Anya told her friends as they sat at the table in the cafeteria the next day."What if he's a Christian Grey in disguise..." Lauren raised her eyebrow.
"Sure... He's so geeky, he'd tie me up and gag me, then lock me in the basement, only to go play with his virtual girlfriend instead..." Anya laughed and her friends did the same.
"I don't know about that, but he probably is not into kinky stuff, he looks innocent.." Marie spoke and all of them looked in his direction.
"You're right, I bet he's still a virgin!" Anya exclaimed.
"Perhaps you should turn this innocent boy into a man, once you give him a makeover..." Ollie winked at her.
"Like I said.. I'll never sleep with him... For God's sake... I'm not Lola." she rolled her eyes. That's when Timothée looked at her from afar. Their eyes met, but they didn't wave at each other. He knew she didn't want to be seen close to him, or having any kind of interaction with him, not before his makeover.
"You got to admit.. He's quite cute though.." Marie noticed them looking at each other.
"There's nothing special about him..." Anya said unimpressed. The bell rang and the day at school was almost over. She was going to meet with him soon.
Two boring hours passed by, and all of the students started walking out of the school building.
Anya made sure to let Timothée know the place they were going to meet, and she got in her car, drove all the way to the mall and waited for him. It was the first time she had to wait for someone, and she wasn't sure how to feel about it."Finally..." she gave him a death glare once he approached her in the mall.
"Well, not everybody drives a Porsche.." he shrugged.
"Jeez... Are you a stalker or what? You know everything about me, don't you?" she acted like a diva.
"Well.. I mean it's kinda hard to miss the pink sign that has your name on it, at the school's parking lot..." he chuckled.
"You think you're so smart and funny..." she rolled her eyes.
"And you think you're so much better than everyone." the boy said.
It was the moment he 100% realized why he had accepted her offer. He wanted to teach her a lesson. He was planning on making her do things that weren't considered cool in her world. He wasn't a bad person, he was just tired of having to deal with narcissists, people who thought they had every right to treat everyone else badly. If she didn't do the things he wanted her to, he would just walk away, and break their deal.
"Just shut up... It's time to make you look decent..." she looked at him up and down. He said nothing.
Anya started walking and he followed behind her. First they went to a hair salon, the girl made sure he wouldn't have to wait too long to get his hair done. The hairdresser gave a trim to Timothée's curly hair, until it was same length as his well-shaped jawline. Then he pulled all of his hair back and was about to put hair product all over it, but that's when Anya stopped him.
"No, Romeo... Let me handle it.." she said, she knew exactly what hair style she wanted Timothée to have, so she made the hairdresser leave, and she took things in her own hands.
"Just pay attention to how I'm styling your hair, cause you're gonna have to do it by yourself tomorrow." she spoke with no emotion. Timothée nodded and looked at his reflection in the mirror.
"You'll get this amount of product, you don't want your hair to look like stalactites." she said and he chuckled.
"And you'll put it on your hair like this..." she spoke as she took some of his curls in her hands. He carefully looked at her hands' moves through the mirror.
"See? It looks nice!" Anya quickly took her hands off of his hair.
"You're actually right.. I never thought I'd say this.." he chuckled.
"Yeah yeah, whatever! Let's just move to our next mission! Better clothes." she put her purse's strap around her shoulder and started walking, he fastly followed her.
They walked without saying a word to each other, until Anya stopped in front of a fancy clothing store.
"Um, I can probably afford like only one cardigan from this place.." Timothée chuckled.
"Good thing I can afford anything that looks good on you in this place!" she said.
"I'm not a male prostitute, letting my pimp buy me clothes!" the boy laughed.
"Just stop talking.. You're killing my vibe! Let's go!" Anya entered the store and Timothée followed her lead.
"You're SO trying this on.." the girl pointed at a velvet, maroon suit.
"I haven't turned into a vampire yet..." he looked at her apathetically.
"I don't care... It looks fancy!" she exclaimed and grabbed it.
"I don't even go to fancy events, where am I supposed to wear this?" he questioned.
"At a party or something... And I'll look around for some everyday suits!"
"Everyday suits? Did I get a law degree, or what?"
"You're supposed to look like a gentleman, remember??? You have to dress like a freaking prince." the girl sighed.
"Oh so I have to go to school in suits? Really? Everybody will make fun of me, you know it.."
"Fine... Stop complaining... I'll just turn you into the God of smart casual!" Anya said and grabbed a white turtleneck shirt. She walked around the store and found a lot of stuff she liked, Timothée ended up holding all of them in his hands.
"Okay, let's go to the dressing room!" the queen bee spoke in excitement.
"I'd follow you there, if I were able to actually see..." Timothée said and the girl looked behind her. She had accidentally thrown a shirt on his head and his eyes were nowhere to be found.
"Oopsie.." she took the shirt off of his face and he playfully rolled his green eyes.
"Follow me!" she said and started walking.
