Her lips are softer than anything I've ever known in my entire life. Soft like marshmallows, like the first snowball, like biting the cotton candy for the first time, like floating and melting around and being weightless in the water. It's sweet. Effortlessly sweet.

It's not moving, our lips aren't moving. It just touching for I don't know how many seconds. When she finally let go, I tried to grip on her shirt to support me from falling. I can't feel my legs anymore, I can't feel my hands and the cold temperature in my room.

All I could feel is her. Her gentle arms encircled around my torso. Her hot breath near my ear and our heart beats syncing together. I keep my eyes closed while my mouth still agape and trying to process what just happened.

Shame, maybe mixed with fear, doubts and inhibitions made me pushed her away gently. When I opened my eyes, sumalubong sakin ang mga mata nya.
Her eyes, filled with thousands of emotion I cant understand.

"Halverson" she whispered softly while looking at me. I still can't process everything. I know I waited this long enough but still I'm out of words knowing she initiated it first. What was she thinking? Is she regretting it already? Nadala lang ba sya ng emosyon?

"M-ma'am" I called her name when I notice her leaving.

"I'll go now"

"H-hey wait" kinuha ko ang braso nya para pigilan sya. She annoyingly stared at me.

"What?!"mataas na boses nyang tanong. Kaya medyo nagulat pako. Galit ba sya?

"I-

I actually don't know what to say. Should I asked her why did she kissed me? I know I provoked her but I thought she's just joking. Hindi ko alam na hahalikan nya talaga nya ako. Hindi sya ganung tao.

"You should rest now Halverson. I'll see you tomorrow" mahinang sabi nya na mukhang pinipigilan kung ano man ang emosyong gustong lumabas sa boses nya.

When she's about to open my door, I pulled her arms and embrace her behind her back. I nuzzled my face onto her neck. Ang bango nya. "Sorry" nagalit ata sya sa pagtulak ko kanina.

I heave a sigh when she turned around and encircled her arms around my shoulder. Home. I can't helped but to kiss her neck gently. "For?" She whispered.  Ramdam ko ang pagbaon ng kuko nya sa balikat ko at ang pagbigat ng bawat paghinga nya.

"I like you Blaire"

"I know" I feel her kissed the top of my head.

I pulled from the hug and smiled at her. I know she can't reciprocate my feelings. Sapat na sakin na alam nya at tanggap nyang gusto ko sya. Okay na sakin na hayaan nya akong gustuhin sya. Kahit yun na lang muna.

"Ingat ka pauwi. Inform me when you get home" She nodded at pinitik yung tenga ko.
 

Hinatid ko sya hanggang sa gate, hanggang sa mawala na sa paningin ko yung kotse nya. Napahawak ako sa labi ko, that was my first kiss. She's my first kiss. It feels surreal.

Nang bumalik ako sa bahay, I can already see my sister's evil grin behind the door.

"You're not good at hiding something Deejey"

"Hindi ko alam sinasabi mo." Balewala kong sagot sa kanya.

"Ganda pala ng taste mo sis. May kapatid ba si Prof? Penge nga number" natatawang sabi nya.

"Bakit hindi mo tanungin tutal close naman kayo"

"Sungit mo talaga. Paano ka ba nun nagustuhan?" Naiiling nyang sabi at tumalikod na sakin para pumasok sa kwarto nya.
