Chapter 35

Wilburs POV
I have been waiting for Dream to gain enough strength to even say words for about five days. most of the time he has been sleeping, for obvious reasons.

sometimes when he is awake he tries to fill us in on random things. things like his life in prison, his voices, his connections. speaking of connections, he lost control over Ranboo.

in all honesty, I'm a little glad at that. he was somewhat hard to talk to.

Techno is always there when he's awake. which isn't a lot because he sleeps for two days and then is only up for about an hour inbetween but still.

it was enough for me to tease.

"Techno, I have a question." I asked. we are sitting on the couch while Dream is obviously upstairs. Phil went out for a reason I don't remember. "did you... take out Ghost Quack?"

"nope."

"no? why?"

"because, it would have been a waste. Dream only started being able to stand on his own yesterday. killing him then was a waste of time."

I roll my eyes at how he just brushes everything off. sometimes it's damn annoying.

"where is he then?"

"around. he won't be hard to find. he's been wandering around here. if you listen closely, you can hear him crying at night."

"I've never heard him."

"you snore."

"do not."

"I don't know what to tell you then."

Techno sits up from the couch and heads up to Dreams room to check on him for the hundredth time.

"say hi to your boyfriend for me!" I tease.

"don't make me hurt your feelings!"

and then he's out of view. I let out a heavy sigh. two months now. two months without him, and its getting to me bad now.

I'm seeing him in my dreams. I sometimes see him out of the corner of my eye. he's everywhere but he is no where.

I lay my head back, resting my eyes and letting my muscles relax.

"hola!"

I jump in surprise, my eyes darting open as I see Ghost Quack suddenly in front of me.

"G-Ghost Quack! what are you-" I'm cutting off by an assault of kisses on my cheek.

"I missed you amor! mwah! I'm sorry for leaving you! I won't do it again, I promise!"
He then embraces me into a hug.

"Wilbur! come here!" Techno calls me. thankfully an excuse to get away.

"excuse me..." I pull away from him and go to now Dreams room. "what is it?" I ask as I creek the door open.

I see Dream standing up, yes he is gripping onto Techno but he still stands.

"Whats going-"

"let's do it! let's get it over with! now!" Dream basically barks.

my face ignites in joy. ITS HAPPENING!

"YES YES! OKAY OKAY! We need to take care of a few things! but-but then we can get straight to it!" I say quickly.

hundreds of thoughts run through my mind at the speed of light. I'm pacing back and forth as I excitedly talk about what I'm gonna do when he's back.

"okay Romeo, you stay here. when you see fireworks, you know what to do Dream." Techno says, shoving passed me.

here some talking downstairs between Ghost Quack and Technoblade. and then I hear hear door closing.
