It's only noon on Monday, but I'm already mentally drained. My head begins to ache as I feel a tension headache coming on, the result of poor sleeping habits and skipping breakfast. I spent the morning working with a couple of BH's producers in the main studio on some additional songs I'm consulting on.

Luckily, the team at BH is professional and easy to work with, they remind me of my colleagues at NORAE, so it has been a joy to work with them. However, we worked at a furious pace this morning, and I was glad when we wrapped up our session together just before lunch.

After being cooped up in a room without windows all morning, my entire soul is begging for some natural light. I retrieve a cup of instant noodles from the stash I have in my studio and head to the kitchenette for hot water. I can't wait to sit where I can gaze out a window while eating and satiate my need for a vitamin D fix.

Upon entering the kitchenette, my body prickles with excitement when I spot Jin eating with a gorgeous mystery woman at a table. I quietly pour hot water into my container and strategically plan where I'm going to sit because I want a front-row seat to watch them while still seeing outside. I really have no shame at all!

For weeks I've been getting incredible joy from watching Jin and this woman interact. I swear to God this has become my new favorite pastime. Basically, Jin has become my real-life K-drama, and I am so invested!

I'm still trying to figure out if the mystery woman is actually his girlfriend or if he is trying to get up the courage to ask her out. From what I have gathered, she works in Human Resources, which is so deliciously ironic.

Mystery Woman is beautiful. She has silky long black hair that delicately flows down to the middle of her back. She's tiny, with perfect honey kissed skin and dark almond eyes filled with curiosity and kindness. She is always dressed impeccably, and I can't lie, I often think these two would make the cutest little Bangtan babies together, so I've been quietly fangirling over them. I may not have a handle on my love life, but I'm a thousand percent rooting for everyone else!

I sit down with my noodles facing the balcony, and as I stir them, I can hardly contain my glee that I'm catching the latest episode of SeokJin and the Mystery Woman.

I look down for a moment to gather some noodles when Jin calls over to me, "Lily, come join us!"

Holy shit! Am I about to meet Mystery Woman? Oh...my...God...YESSSSSS!

I smile and nod an emphatic yes while gathering my cup and then all but skip with glee over to their table. The beautiful woman smiles shyly and offers me the seat next to her.

"Lily, this is Hana. She works in Human Resources."

"It is so nice to meet you!" I have to restrain myself from sounding overly excited, and I try not to let my face give away that I've already figured out what department she works in.

"It's nice to meet you too!  Jin says you are very talented, and we are lucky to have you working with us."

"You are both too kind. Thank you!"

Jin smiles at Hana like she is the moon and the stars, and it's hands down the most romantic thing I've ever seen in real life.

"Lily, Hana is learning English."

"You are? You know if you ever want to practice, I'd be happy to help!"

"I could never impose," she says, looking shy and embarrassed that Jin is being so obviously forward with his intent.

"Oh no, you wouldn't be at all! Honestly, I rarely get to speak in my native tongue anymore. I try to make sure I sing English songs and listen to English music, but it would be nice to speak it more often, so I don't lose myself completely to Korean culture," I smile gently. "Plus, I don't have many female friends, so it would be nice to make a new one!"

"You are too kind," Hana blushes.

"Seriously, come down to my studio anytime, and even when my contract is over I'd be happy to hang out any time. Don't hesitate! Let me give you my cell number." I'm being forward, but I trust Jin's taste completely, and if he likes Hana, then I know that she is the kind of person I would be happy to let into my inner circle. "I'm a bit of a handful though, so don't thank me yet!" I feel the intense need to use some self-deprecating humor to warn this sweet soul that my personality can be rather....large.

We trade numbers, and then Hana excuses herself explaining that her break time is over and she needs to return to work. I watch as Hana and Jin say goodbye, and they look like star-crossed lovers, and I can't help but grin like a fool before she slips away to return to her office.

Wow, I hope I connect with someone like that someday!

"Um, Mr. Kim Seokjin, your girlfriend is adorable!" I know I'm testing the waters by calling her his girlfriend, but I can't help myself. I need a character reveal, and I need it now!

"She's amazing! We haven't made anything official, but I've been trying to win her over for a very long time."

"You may not be 'official,' but you look at each other like nobody else breathes the same air as you. That's right. I've been watching! I love this for you two."

"Thank you for offering to practice speaking English with her. I know she would never ask herself, and I think it would be amazing if you became friends!"

"I mean it too, every word, Jin. I'd be happy to get to know her and help her with her fluency. I need to surround myself with good people, and if you like her, then I like her."

"You are the best, Lily!"

"No, you are! I mean it, I haven't had a moment alone with you to thank you for bringing me that water when I was sick a few weeks ago. I appreciate it so much. That was a bad day." I look at my hands as the memory of that event flashes in my mind.

He leans over the table in my direction, his voice low, "It's OK, none of us want you to feel bad, Lily. You know you didn't do anything wrong, right?"

I realize Yoongi must have confided in him about our night. "Thank you," I say quietly as the shame spreads across my face.

"Awe, don't be embarrassed. You are a good person, and we all know it. Plus, I have a great new friend for you!"

I smile as he explains that he must return to his work as well, and we part ways.

This was supposed to be a simple contract, but all of these boys are changing my life.
