When Derek left Addison all those years ago, he took their daughter. Enora Shepherd was just 7years old and had no idea what was going on. Not long after he moved them across the country, he met her step mother.
Enora and Meredith never got along.
Not even slightly.
They tried, for Derek, but it never mattered. Enora doesn't trust her. And Meridith doesn't have the energy to battle with her.
When she barely 18 Derek died. And Meredith gave no one a chance to say goodbye. Meredith claims he was gone when she already got there, she only saw his body, but Nor doesn't believe her.
That was the final straw for Enora. When Meredith left, ran away with her younger siblings Bailey and Zola, she look her share of her inheritance and disappeared. Amelia, her aunt, was frantic. She still waits for a call, wondering where her niece is.
