The main base for the US WW2 Pacific Naval Fleet was finished, thanks to the help of the new ships as well as Missouri and Illinois' help. The main rail line system was complete and the trains are ready to be set in the tracks.
The buildings are ready for opening with the South Carolina Institute, Arizona St. Hospital, and the New Jersey Airport.
