Noriaki, because of her quirk, is a very lazy person and seems tired all the time, and can even seem slow. But in reality, when he really gives his all for his goals, he can be very quick-witted and active, especially when it comes to his friends. Even if he appears distant at first glance, he remains a devoted friend even if he doesn't like to show it and prefers to play the indifferent.
Noriaki hates to go out, play sports or do his homework, so he spends most of his time playing video games in his room or listening to Vocaloids music while half asleep in his bed. Surprisingly, the few times Noriaki deigns to go out with pleasure is to attend Vocaloids concerts.

As the youngest member of a shoemaking family, Noriaki is the youngest sibling among his two older sisters. Despite his tendency towards laziness and being obliged to assist his parents in their shoemaking business during his free time, Noriaki was inspired to pursue a career as a professional hero due to his unique perspective on the world. With the goal of eradicating villainy and promoting peace and leisure for all, including himself, Noriaki sets his sights on enrolling in a prestigious hero academy like U.A. High School.

Description: Each time Noriaki touches an object or a person, he can slow it down in time by 2 times his initial speed and can do it on 2 objects or enemies at the same time.
Drawbacks: The problem with this quirk is that it pumps a lot of energy and makes the user very tired and will need a lot of sleep to recover. Finally, the slower he slows things down, the more this fatigue accumulates.
