Very mature and neat for his age, Toshio is a responsible young man who can be counted on, not hesitating to help or guide others. Nevertheless, despite his adventurous, independent, and unpunctual side, he remains a sensitive, tense, and stubborn boy with fairly strong ideas.
Having grown up in the countryside with his father, Toshio is a true nature lover and has a special love for dogs. Thanks to his father he also discovered a passion for motorcycles, loving to go for a ride with him as a child. On the other hand, despite his macho side not liking cats and stuffed animals, he is a fervent detractor of Hip-Hop and Rap music which, according to him, tends to demean women.

Growing up as the youngest in a family of three, Toshio was raised by his older brother and father following the loss of his mother. He developed a deep bond with his father and brother, often accompanying his father on motorcycle trips and caring for their three dogs with his older brother. At the age of 10, a storm-ravaged region and left his father missing for three days during a work trip as a tourist guide. It was the work of professional heroes that ultimately saved him and the other tourists, leaving a lasting impression on the young Toshio. Fueled by this experience, he dedicated himself to his studies and after much hard work, successfully achieved acceptance into Class 1-B of U.A. High School, a renowned institution for aspiring heroes.

Description: Toshio's quirk allows him to transform himself totally or partially into a white wolf. In his complete form, his clothes tear, leaving room for his fur producing intense cold and his fangs can also be surrounded by ice.
Drawbacks: The problem with this quirk is that the more advanced the transformation is, the more it tires him. Finally, in full form, his action time is limited to 30 min and leaves him totally naked and freezing when he regains his human form.
