Masuo is a very optimistic and cheerful man, hiding a very protective side towards his students. Despite his childish mischief and lack of punctuality, he is an extremely serious man at work, multitasking and demanding with his collaborators.
With his peculiar appearance, Masuo is an ace juggler but hates running or being at the beach. He has always loved teaching and enjoyed training mice, but he was afraid of frogs who hated him.

Masuo is the son of a professional boxer father and a private teacher mother. Despite his father's roughness and frequent absence due to boxing matches, Masuo grew up with a passion for teaching instilled in him by his mother. However, due to his father's influence and mandatory training, Masuo became a pro hero. Though he excelled in his job, he felt unfulfilled. Fortunately, he kept in touch with the former principal of U.A High School after graduation, who eventually offered him the position of principal at the superheroic high school. In his new role, Masuo has made it his mission to help his students become the best versions of themselves, providing them with the best resources and opportunities to succeed. Masuo has undergone a transformation and is dedicated to creating an environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
