Y/n couldn't stop wondering about her feelings about Draco that it literally and most of the time made her zone out from what is happening around her and even now. She, sitting at the island kitchen in her aunt's kitchen whilst her chin was rested on the palm of her hand and her bowl of sliced apples was in front of her. She has been sitting there for god knows how long and her aunt had noticed this uncanny behaviour towards her niece whilst she was baking sweets with Fatima.

"D'you think she's daydreaming?" Her aunt asked Fatima in a whispering way. "Kulang na lang, lilipad na siya." (Translation: "The only thing missing is she'll fly.")

"She has been like that ever since the Party, Tita. Siguro, nasiraan na ata ng ulo." Fatima whispered too. "Look, she's not even eating her food. She's only playing with it with her fork."(Translation: "Maybe she already lost her mind.")

Their head both turned to Y/n, who was still zoned out from the reality of the world she doesn't even know or realized that she has been like that for half an hour and had been eating one by one of the fruits every 5 minutes.

Fatima sighed as she rested her hand on the counter and the other on her hip whilst looking at her dear cousin. She felt like something was going on inside her mind and she couldn't help but wonder what it was. Her one guess would be Draco, of course, no one else. But what if it is not about him? What if it is something else? Did something happen again in the theatre house?

"Oh, it's Draco!" Fatima gasped as if she was surprised by Draco's sudden visit even though Draco wasn't truly there, and she was only trying to get her cousin back to her consciousness.

"What?" Y/n's eyes widened and dropped her fork on the floor with her head looking around to find Draco.

"You're thinking of him, weren't you?" She raised a brow as she crossed her arms on her chest.

"No!" Y/n denied, getting off the stool and picking up the fork. "Why would I think of him?" She placed the fork on the sink.

"Well, maybe perhaps he's attractive."

"Pardon?"

"Or perhaps maybe you like him because he's nice to you." Fatima smiled widely.

"No." She denied it again. "First off, let me remind you this, Pat. I swore to my life that I would never develop feelings towards someone or even him."

"And second?"

"There's no second. All my point is said there." She exclaimed, sitting back down on the stool.

"You do know that you couldn't control your own feelings." Their aunt walked closer to them after placing the sugar cookies inside the oven.

"I could, Tita," Y/n replied.

"No, you couldn't." Her aunt said. "Sa tingin mo ba may kapangyarihan ako an itigil na umibig sa asawa ko?" She raised a brow, referring to her late husband. (Translation: "Did you think that I had the power to stop myself from falling in love with my husband?")

Y/n sat silent. She doesn't know what to say about her aunt's statement. Well, her aunt fell in love with her late husband, and because of falling too hard for him, she didn't even marry and just remained a widow like Y/n's mother.

"Hindi mo ba alam na sa tuwing tinitignan mo ang kaniyang mga mata, tila ba'y parang...kakaiba." Their aunt smirked. "I have noticed it in every formal parties we went." (Translation: "Did you not know that whenever you look at him in the eyes, it seems like it's....different.")

"Napanisin ko rin po yun, Tita." Fatima agreed. (Translation: "I noticed it too, Aunt.")

"The both of you sound ridiculous." She only scoffed, not believing on what they always witnessed, especially her aunt who had noticed them since this book thing started.

Her aunt even felt something different about them, when they both first met at the Lemmington's Wedding. She was there too and witnessed both of them with the unconscious Baron on the ground. She was trying to find her at that time but found her with Draco speaking to her and Y/n throwing him awful words. She knew that day their enemy relationship — or now they're friends — will lead to something she expected beautiful.

"You just have to wait and realize what you truly felt, dear." Her aunt stated. "It takes time to realize you're in love. Patience is what you need."
