[5 years later...]

"Where is she???" A frantic voice was almost heard along the hallway of the Villa they rented in Sirmione for the wedding. Of course, this would be no other than Y/n's cousin, Fatima.

It was 6 in the morning when Mrs Magindara and Fatima found Y/n's bed empty and still a mess. So they guessed that she might still be around here and had just woken up too early due to her excitement about her wedding with Draco. But what if she was having doubts about this marriage? Was she backing up? Why just now? Why would she?

Poppy, Y/n's corgi, was whimpering, worried about its owner's sudden disappearance.

"I have already called Draco and he is already beginning to search for her with his friends," Fatima stated as she placed her phone back into her pocket. "And let us not panic." She smiled nervously, helping Mrs Magindara to calm down and help her sit down on the couch. "The wedding is still this afternoon and besides, she isn't the type to back out...right?"

"Don't say that like you aren't sure." Mrs Badeaux exclaimed. "Susmaryosep!  Ang batang ito. Where is she???" [Translation: "This child." ║"Susmaryosep" is a Filipino slang used when feeling frustrated and is a combination of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph.]

"Y/n!" Draco shouted, calling her name in case she could hear it. He has been running around the villa and has been losing his breath. Where could she be? He thought as he let himself sit on a couch along the porch.

Suddenly, he heard someone mutter and a book fell down from another couch just near him. It had caught his attention when a hand was hanging on the couch and had recognised the engagement ring that he had bought from her favourite jewellery brand, Tiffany and Co. It was the ring that he had designed and customized for her, with sapphires on each side of the diamond. It was the ring he had proposed to her after she graduated college.

He somehow remembered visiting her every weekend in Oxford. He's lucky that she has the room all to herself every weekend due to her dormmate always going home to her hometown, which was only an hour away from Oxford.

A soft laugh escaped his lips as he stood up and made his way to her.

Then there she was, sleeping with her one hand hugging the flower-patterned pillow from the couch. He kneeled in front of her, letting his fingers caress her cheek and tucking a piece of her hair behind her ear. And that is when she slowly opened her eyes and saw her beloved smiling in front of her.
