Draco was leaning against the railing of the balcony of his Apartment whilst gazing at the Eiffel Tower. The Tower was even more beautiful in the evening and Draco didn't wonder why people loved to visit France to see the magnificent tourist site.

He was thinking about what had just happened this evening and he still couldn't believe that he made Y/n dance with him at the Ball. The thought of it made him smile and he even marked it as an unforgettable night. A night that he shall cherish forever even though he knew that he couldn't have her.

So he took his box of cigarettes out of his pocket along with the lighter and lighted one. He wanted to smoke because it frustrates him that he couldn't have her and he doesn't even want anyone to have her but him. But then again, he remembered how much she despises cigarettes because of the smell and how it could damage anyone's respiratory.

He smiled at the thought of it and placed the cigarette down on the ashtray. It was a sign for him to quit smoking, now that Y/n had told him about it.

It was unusual for Draco to change himself because of a woman. But she isn't any other woman for him. She's a gem or maybe even much more than that. Maybe perhaps an angel sent to him. An angel who would make him drown and suffer on his own feelings because of the fact that he couldn't reach her.

However, there's something odd about his instincts. It's like it is telling him that something unexpected will come this evening. Something that assured him that something — or rather someone — will make his heart pound as if somehow it'll make him breathe for air.

Then, there's a knock.

His head flinched and only stared at the door, hearing a second knock.

He wondered who would be knocking at his door late in the evening. It wouldn't be Marc or neither is Louis. But, if it would be them, maybe perhaps they have great news to tell or perhaps an awful one that will surely devastate him.

"Draco?" The voice was muffled but Draco still could clearly hear her familiar voice. "Wait, is this the right address?" Of course, the last words were not clear to Draco's ears. So, he made his way to the door, opened it and saw Y/n, who got startled when he suddenly opened the door. Although, why does she have a suitcase with her?

"H..how did you know where I live?" He said, raising a brow.

"I called Marc on the phone and he told me you live here. I doubted that you don't live here but since you're here now, I guess my doubts were wrong." She chuckled softly yet nervously.

"Why do you have a suitcase?" He raised a brow, eyeing the black suitcase beside her. "Wait, is there a bod—"

"Ikindofranaway." Draco wasn't able to catch a word, for she said them too fast like a cheetah chasing its prey.

"Pardon? I didn't quite catch that." He slightly squinted his eyes.

"I kind of ran away..." She said again but clearly this time.

"What?!" He exclaimed, his eyes were wide and his mouth fell into a not-so-wide gap.

Draco was truly happy to see her this evening, but he believed that this girl is out of her mind for running away from her home, especially when her mother is kind of a bit somehow like his father.

Well, the truth was that Y/n wanted to spend a week with him, away from France, before breaking off their friendship. She knew her mother would be furious after she found out that she ran away, but all Y/n wanted is to cherish and remember her last moments with him, for he is the friend that she never had.

"Why don't you come inside and let's talk this through?" He said, gesturing his hand inside his house.

"It seems like I'm bothering you..." A frown formed on her lips and even her eyes turned unhappy, and Draco felt his heart ache to see her upset. He knew he has to get rid of these feelings as soon as possible because it was not good for him.

"No, you're not," He smiled softly. "Come in, and you must be tired."

She nodded in reply and grabbed the handle of her suitcase, then walked inside as the wheels of the suitcase rolled on the wooden floor of Draco's apartment. She find his apartment cosy and neat, and she could even smell his perfume, which made her want to stay beside him for a longer time.

"Please do sit down and I'll get you some tea or perhaps coffee. What do you prefer?" He asked.

"None," she replied as she sat down on the couch.

"Oh," He made his way to the couch across from her and then sat down. "Then please do tell me why you came here unannounced. Is there something wrong?"

"I want to go on a vacation. A one-week vacation perhaps." She said confidently. "And I want you to come with me since you have travelled to so many places and perhaps it could help you write your book too."

"You ran away because you wanted to go on a vacation?" Draco raised a brow, still confused by Y/n's sudden visit.

"Yes."

Draco let out a sigh. He still couldn't understand why she wanted to go on a vacation all of the sudden. He felt something odd about her. She just doesn't usually plan things so suddenly. She's the kind of person who always plans on something before enunciating it.

"Look, Y/n," He sighed. "Your mother would be furious about this. You can't just run away because of your unplanned vacation. And what about the ballet that you are to perform? Marc would panic without you."

"Draco, all I ask of you is to come with me. Simple as that." She only replied, still not telling him the reason. "I really need to leave tonight and if you don't want to come, then tell me some places that are far away from here so that inay wouldn't be able to find me. And I assure you, I'll come back in a week."

He knew he couldn't just let her go on a vacation alone, especially when she doesn't know where she'll go. It was an absurd idea of hers, he thought. But somehow he felt like he should go with her because he knew damn well that she was in need of rest from the theatre, for she rarely gets any rest.

"Fine, I'll go with you."

A wide smile crept up to her lips, her eyes gleamed in relief whilst staring at his, and then she spoke, "Thank you, I promise that I'll tell you the reason on the way."
