Y/n rushed home after her encounter with Draco, bawling her eyes out and bumping into her dearest cousin, causing her to fall. Usually, she would stand up on her own when she fell due to the reason that she accidentally bumped into someone, but this time, she didn't. Her legs were too weak to stand up on its own. She couldn't even face Fatima, who has been always concerned about her well-being ever since she arrived, right in front of her.

Fatima found out about her relationship with Draco because of her aunt, Mrs Magindara. She overheard her talking about him — or rather scolding her cousin — in a living room at an event they attended just days ago just because Y/n looked miserable and didn't even talk to the people who were trying to engage in a conversation with her. Fatima wanted to take her away that day but she knew it'll get worse for Y/n. So the only thing she could do now was visit her every day even though there were times she refused to talk to her or anyone.

"Y/n, god, are you alright?" She kneeled down in front of her, checking whether she was hurt. However, from the looks of it, she knew something was up. She knew this wasn't her mother's doing. It would be someone who shattered her heart into pieces, especially when she heard from Marc that that person had returned to France just yesterday.

"Please, leave me be." She sobbed, wiping her eyes with the sleeves of her coat.

"You do know I can't leave you like this." Fatima reasoned out, helping her stand up. "We should go to your room before your mother sees you."

Fatima sat down on her cousin's bed whilst Y/n's head lay over on Fatima's lap whilst she was trying to calm her down by gently stroking her hair, and Y/n's arms were hugging her little corgi, Poppy. Fatima wanted to know what happened. She wanted to know what Draco did to her dearest cousin. It makes her blood boil due to the thought of Draco being so cruel to her. What has Y/n ever done to deserve such a merciless act? All she ever did was love, and yet she was fooled.

"I hate him, Pat." She bawled. "I do not understand why I have loved such a vile person. How am I so blind?"

"Ganiyan talaga kapag umiibag," Fatima sighed. "Nabubulag tayo sa kanilang ginagawa." (Translation: "That's how it is when you fall in love," & "We became blind to the things they were doing.")

Poppy whimpered, gently stroking its paw on her mother's cheek. And yes, Y/n considers herself the mother of her dog ever since she received Poppy. However, there were times every time she would lay her eyes on Poppy, she remembered the time when Draco gave it to her. She even wondered...Was the only an act too? Spending such an expensive dog can't be an act....or maybe perhaps it was. She was so confused about everything that happened before they broke up. She couldn't fathom why he even reached beyond the limits of making her feel valuable and loved by him. Is that how good he is? Has it been always his doings?

"Look, Y/n, there are a lot of men better than him out there. I am certainly sure that you'll be able to find one, who's worthy of your hand in the future, despite your mother's rules." Fatima expressed, tucking a piece of her cousin's hair behind her ear.

However, Y/n never uttered a word and just kept sobbing and embraced little Poppy tightly. The fur on its head was already wet from her mother's tears.

Supposedly, Poppy should be with Draco due to the fact that he was the one who bought her. But Poppy never wanted to leave her side and chose her instead of him. After all, the dog despises him, especially now that she heard what he did to her.

"Talagang nilaro niya ako." She sobbed. (Translation: "He really just played with me.")

Fatima felt sorry for her dearest cousin. She even felt more hatred towards the young man than she ever was. 'How could this young man even confess to her when he's only going to play her heart as if it was just a ball?' 'Does he even have a heart?' She thought. She even wished it would happen to him on the day he found the one he was marrying.

"Tahan na, pinsan, hindi siya kawalan." She assured. Her tone was soft as she gently stroked her arm. (Translation: "Don't cry, cousin, he's not a loss.")

"But I do not think I could move on, Pat." She wiped her tears with her fingers.

She doesn't know what to do to help her. All the thing she could think of was to take her to a club and make her forget about him. However, she felt uncertain of the idea, for it sounds ridiculous. But it wouldn't hurt just to make her dearest cousin smile for one night, isn't it? And she has her girlfriend, Elodie, to accompany her too. She could even sneak Y/n out of the house just to help her gain back her own self. It wouldn't hurt an ant, wouldn't it?

"Hey, what if Elodie and I take you with us tomorrow?" Fatima spoke, looking down at her cousin. "We thought of going to a club tomorrow and perhaps you should come with us and maybe you could try to forget about him and have fun. And do not worry, I assure you it'll be fun."
