Hey everyone !!!!!

I discovered something wonderful ! I started watching the anime Bungou stray dogs for three reasons :
- Patti Smith watched it
- Edgar Poe is one character
- I couldn't read the manga (don't have it)

soooo... I started watching this show and this is just fire ! well most of the characters are authors like, all the ones who have powers. There are ones very famous (european and japanese, I know more the europeans ones so...) like Arthur Rimbaud or Lovecraft and many others. I remind you that I watched it because I heard that Edgar Allan Poe (love his writings soooo much) was in this show as a character.

Then there are so many references such as every single character which has a superpower is a writer and their power is somewhat related to their power. For instance :

Lovecraft can shape his body in weird creepy tendrils just like in his gloomy novels. (I didn't read any) edit : I read one and it was sooo much great and in fact yeah... so much tendrils.

Francis Scott Fitzgerald, the author of the great Gatsby is always complaining about some Zelda (his wife) which he wants to bring back to life and has a money related power (maybe like Gatsby which's very rich and has a boat related story)

Edgar Allan Poe has a raccoon (very important, no I'm kidding idk) and his power is about to put people reading his books deep into the story and they can't get out of it before they find the resolution of the puzzle, he defies Ranpo like this man...
