3rd person pov

Airi and kyohei froze at the sound of Airi's mother who was now walking up the stairs kyohei quickly got off of Airi as her mother opened the door

Airi's pov

My mother opened the door me and kyohei both froze like we were deer caught in headlights and we were both caught doing something we weren't supposed to

"Oh I didn't know you had company over who is this hun?" Mom said "mom this is kyohei takano he's my boyfriend" I said

She looked over at kyohei and nodded seeming to approve of him kyohei sighed in relief not realizing he was holding a breath

"Well kyohei since your here would you like to join us for dinner" mom said "um yes ma'am" kyohei answered a bit scared

'I get the feeling she is a bit terrifying at times she's even more terrifying than my father is sometimes' I thought to myself

Kyohei walked with me downstairs he froze in fear and shock when he saw how ripped my father was dad looked at kyohei

"Who's this?" Dad said as kyohei just stood still like a statue "do you want to fight" dad said "dad no" I said and stood in front of kyohei

"Ohma this is Airi's boyfriend apparently I'm pretty sure she wouldn't like it if you broke his bones" mom said this made Kyohei's face pale

He looked towards me and mouthed at me /can he seriously break my bones\ I nodded and he just stood there in complete and total fear of angering my father and shock

"He's mostly chill anyway but if he has the urge to fight...run away as fast as you can" I said with a small worried look on my face

"Don't worry honey I'm sure ohma can behave he won't hurt your boyfriend right babe" mom said "if he ever breaks your heart you come to me and I'll break him for you" dad said

Me and mom gave him a deadpan look "dad/ohma" me and mom said in unison "ok ok point taken I won't do anything" dad said

Kyohei had a terrified look on his face "I'm not gonna let him do that to you" I said I felt him relax a bit into the hug making him feel a little bit better

After dinner...

"Well that was an interesting dinner" kyohei said "yeah sorry about my dad he's just trying to look out for me" I said "yeah I guessed that" kyohei said and chuckled nervously

"I'll see you over spring break right" I said "I wouldn't miss it for the world" kyohei said as he left to go home 'oh how I love him'
