Shindo was a bit shocked about her reaction to losing she didn't seem angry at all she seemed impressed with him he looked at her as she left through the crowd

Shindo's pov

I walked in the crowd trying to look for her but she had already left 'how did she disappear like that' I thought to myself

I was back home and Tadashi had a file on my desk "what's this?" I asked "this is the invitation to a blind date" Tadashi said

'A blind date' I thought to myself I clicked my tongue in annoyance "can't I just skip it" I said "no they already agreed to it the date is tomorrow at 6 pm" Tadashi said 'damn' I thought to myself

The next day...

Chiharu's pov

I heard my alarm go off and I stopped it 'a few more minutes of sleep would be good but I can't be late for work' I thought to myself

I thought about that kiss from last night I touched my lips for a second and blushed 'his lips were so soft' I thought thought to myself "he probably just did that to distract me" I said

I arrived at the indoor pool as I saw my students ready to learn to swim "ok everyone get ready for the lesson" I said as the kids shouted ok

At night...

"This is ridiculous why should I go on a blind date" I said with a glass of bourbon in my hands "are you ok?" I heard kagami's mother hannah say she worked as the bartender

"Another bourbon please" I said "you just love to ignore me don't you" Hannah said with a sigh and gave me another bourbon

"My mom sent me on another blind date but I don't intend on going" I said "ah I figured that's why you're here you're skipping huh" she said

"I'm done with blind dates all they do is tear me apart they play with me then they cheat on me" I said as I drink my bourbon and slam it on the table

"Another bourbon please" I said she sighed and gave me another bourbon "this is going to be a long night" she said with a sigh

Shindo's pov

I'm already here 'well where is this woman' I thought to myself tapping my finger impatiently and tapping my foot as well

I looked at the clock 'she's late so I assume she's not coming' I thought to myself as I took my coat and left the restaurant

'That was a huge waste of time' I thought to myself as I walked off until I looked towards a bar and saw a familiar face

'It's her' I thought to myself as I smirked and went inside the bar "are you sure you should keep the guy waiting" the bartender said

'Is she on a date?' I thought to myself "not really I haven't had much luck in dating so I don't have any intention of going" I heard her say

'She bailed on a date' I thought to myself as my eyes widened in realization 'was she the blind date I was set up for' I thought to myself I head over towards her

"Your going to have to go on dates at one point in time what do you expect to do die alone" the bartender said "if need be" she said

"Can I sit here" I said as she opened an eye and looked at me "do what you want" she answered bluntly "I can't help but over hear you bailed on a date" I said

"Yeah so what's it to you" she said "you always have such a rude tongue whenever you're drinking" the bartender said

"Shut up" she said "rude like I said Chiharu" the bartender said 'Chiharu is that her name I guess it suits her' I thought to myself

"Hey remember not to squeeze it too hard" the bartender said as Chiharu squeezed the glass in her hand causing it to shatter "Shit" Chiharu said as she hissed in pain and was now bleeding

"your such a danger hazard Chiharu you need to learn to stop doing that or I'll make you pay for every glass you break" the bartender said

"Big deal" Chiharu said "Excuse me could you watch her while I go get the first aid kit it won't take a while" the bartender said

"She worries too much" Chiharu said "might I ask what you're name is darling" I asked she looked at me with a deadpan look

"Are you Adam?" She asked "hah" I said 'how did she know!' I thought to myself "your voice is very familiar" she said and licked her bleeding hand

"What are you doing" I said "cleaning my injury I can't wait for her to get back with the first aid kit I'm impatient" she said licking her wound

I grabbed her hand and licked the blood off she looked at me with wide eyes like she was surprised "why did you do that" she said a Blush apparent on her face

"Well as you said I'm cleaning the injury on your hand so it doesn't get infected" I said "Your such an oddball" she said taking her hand away from me

Chiharu's pov

Pretty soon Hannah came back with a first aid kit and bandaged my hand "now please try tn9t to be so reckless" she said

"Since when am I ever reckless" I said "all the time you're mother thinks so too" Hannah said I clicked my tongue in annoyance "seriously" I said scratching the back of my neck

"Don't look at me like that young lady" she said as Adam watched in amusement "I'm cutting you off so go home now" she said

I left but Adam decidedly to follow me "what is your name Adam is just an alias right" I said as he looked at me with a smirk

"my name is shindo ainosuke darling remember that the next time we meet" he said kissing my cheek and leaving I felt butterflies in my stomach

"Shindo ainosuke huh" I said -badump- I heard "what was that" I said -badump- 'was that my heart making that sound' I thought to myself

I clenched the place where my heart was "whatever" I said and started to head home
