The next day Etsuko had grounded both Chiharu and kagami because they had both caused trouble for la passione and Etsuko was going to visit her mother at the casino she owned

Etsuko's pov

I walked into the casino and looked for my mother "where is she?" I asked myself as I eyed the gambling tables then spotted her

"Of course" I said and walked towards her "oh man I lost again" the guy said "sorry you snooze..." I cut her off "you lose right" I said

"Etsuko chan" she said and hugged me "mama don't you think you should take it easy on the new players" I said with a small smile

"Hm but if I did that we wouldn't be open and the gamblers would think I'm just an easy play" mom said I sweatdropped

"Sometimes I don't understand the way you think" I said "would you like to" mom said pulling out a deck of cards "no thanks I don't gamble" I said

"But I do" I heard and looked behind me "Chiharu didn't I tell you to stay home" I said in a firm tone "chiharu-chan" mom said with a smile

"So what I'm supposed to do whatever you say I'm a grown ass woman and last I checked your not my mother so I don't take orders from you" Chiharu said

"Chiharu-chan I heard that you and kagami chan are here for a visit why haven't you come to visit me and Luciano yet" mom said

"Sorry Mrs Vargas kagami is taking a well deserved nap right now but I'm sure she'd like to visit you guys when she wakes up" Chiharu said

"Please don't tell me your going to gamble" I said to Chiharu "I make my own choices so let's play a round of black jack Mrs Vargas" Chiharu said

I sighed "oh well" I said as mom had dealt the cards out "hit me" Chiharu said as she had a smirk on her face I sighed and rubbed my brows tiredly

'I already know how this is going to turn out' I thought to myself "19" mom said showing her cards Chiharu smirked and reveals her cards

"21" she said the whole casino heard it and all fell silent mom laughed at this 'Chiharu used her eye of strategy to win' I thought to myself

"Well I can't possibly win against you now can I Chiharu-chan" mom said 'that's because she cheats to win' I thought to myself

Bruno's pov

"Why are we heading towards a casino Bruno?" Fugo asked "I've heard it's a good stress reliver but also an enemy mafia rival goes there often" I said

Right when we were about to head inside a guy was thrown out of the establishment "that's what you get you jerk" I heard a familiar voice say

"Caramia?" I said as Etsuko looked at me with wide eyes "Bruno what are you doing here?!" She said "well we were going inside to try and drag out an enemy mafia boss" fugo said

"You mean this guy that I just threw out" Etsuko said as I then confirmed that was the one that we were looking for "yes indeed" I said

"Hey blondie" I heard and saw Chiharu as well while fugo glared at her "Don't call me blondie" fugo said rather annoyed

"What's going on out here?" I heard as a woman wearing a black dress appeared "Nothing mama I was just throwing out the troublemaker" Etsuko said

'Mama!, this is her mother' I thought to myself "oh and who are these gentlemen would you like to come inside it would be a waste if you came here all this way" Etsuko's mother said

"Mama I'm sure Bruno is very busy so..." Etsuko said flush red in blush "oh why are you acting so flustered your not nervous are you or could it be..." her mom said and gasped

"My little girl finally has a crush on someone oh I'm so happy invite me to the wedding" her mother said making both me and Etsuko Blush

"Mama! Shouldn't you be tending to the casino" Etsuko said trying to get the attention off of her "oh I'm sorry Etsuko did I embarrass you" her mother teased

"Mama" Etsuko said her voice cracked and she covered her face in utter shock and embarrassment "ah my little mouse is so cute" her mother said patting her head

"I think you should stop trying to intentionally embarrass Etsuko or else she'll probably die of embarrassment at this point" Chiharu said

"Okay I'll stop now oh its getting late would you young men like to accompany us to our home Etsuko you can stay the night as well" her mother said

'Etsuko's mother is so bubbly and cheerful it's almost too hard to say no to her request' I thought to myself Chiharu sighed

"It's best if you come with her she is very persistent and she won't give up so you might as well come along" Chiharu said

'So in other words we don't have much of a choice do we' I thought to myself as me and fugo followed Etsuko's mother to her home

"I'm so sorry about this my mother is really...I don't really know how to describe her she's embarrassing" Etsuko said blushing immensely

"She looks like a lovely woman and I'm sure she's very proud of you for the woman you have become" I said with a small smile Etsuko blushed at what I said

she turned away but I think I could see her smile When she turned away her ears had turned red as I was about to reach for her hand but I was stopped by a firm and strict voice

"Where do you think you're touching my piccola" I heard (Translation- little one) "papa" etsuko said embarrassed them I froze this man in front of me is luciano vargas, Etsuko's father
