3rd person pov

Kagami and Tsurara were currently being cornered by the yokai gozumaru from the gyuki clan kagami made the wind blow as she revealed her secret

Kagami's pov

"So this is what you're true power is" gozumaru said "you'd be surprised how about I use you to sharpen my claws" I said growling like a tiger

"Lady kagami be careful" Tsurara said as we were suddenly attacked by gozumaru and I blocked his sword with my claws

"You would be the second person I'd use these claws on" I said as I swiped my arm at him only for him to partially dodge it

"Being a half human has it's perks but it's also a curse to live with" I said as I remembered the flashback of when this first occurred 4 years ago

Flashback...

Slash...."ahhhh" Hikari screamed in pain as my eyes widened in fear as fresh blood coated my sharp claws and tears streamed down my face

This was before Hikari had moved away to new York city with her parents I lost control of the monster inside me and ended up hurting her badly

"I'm...sorry" I said crying "kagami it's ok" Hikari said looking at me with a gentle look this was the incident that jaded me it made me feel like showing emotions showed my weakness

If I were to ever go and lose control again I would never forgive myself that's why I decided to cut all ties with rikuo I didn't want to hurt anyone close to me ever again

End of Flashback...

I breathed in and attacked gozumaru "your too inexperienced to face me" gozumaru said as I felt a stab at my side making me fall to the ground in pain

"Lady kagami" Tsurara said "you might as well be livestock for us yokai your nothing but a pathetic weakling" he said right before I heard "kagami"

3rd person pov

Kagami had passed out and rikuo was running straight to the rescue "kagami" rikuo yelled again as gozumaru got ready to strike her but rikuo disarmed gozumaru from his sword

Rikuo held kagami close to his arms "master rikuo" Tsurara said "Tsurara I'll handle this" rikuo said clenching his yokai blade in his hand

Kagami opened her eyes slightly to peer at rikuo "rikuo" she said before passing out unconscious "these two are my subordinate and friend if you attacked them knowing this I will kill you" rikuo said

Gozumaru grinned evily as he grabbed his sword and got into attack position 'my blood is boiling" rikuo said as gozumaru attacked him

"You are nothing but an ordinary human nothing but dirt underneath gyuki" gozumaru said as something inside rikuo changed

"Human huh" his voice changes as the sun is setting and his night form takes over beating gozumaru "but how was I defeated your just a mere human" gozumaru said collapsing

Night rikuo stood up "I'm not just a human" he said "master rikuo Lady kagami is..." snow woman whimpered and night rikuo looked towards Kagami's injured form

Kagami was crying as night rikuo held her close to him "kagami" he said she slowly opened her eyes seeing night rikuo

"Rikuo" she said with a strained voice "Your going to be ok just rest" he said "wait...I'm sorry..." kagami said rikuo looked at her with slightly wide eyes

"I'm sorry that I was avoiding you for 4 years I was just afraid that..." she groaned in pain as she continued "I might lose control and I didn't want to hurt you" she said

"I forgive you...now get some rest" he said making her sleep as he picked her up bridal style carrying her to a safer place

"Snow woman" night rikuo said "yes master rikuo" Tsurara said "make sure nothing else bad happens while I make sure kagami is safe" he said

"Ok master rikuo" Tsurara said as Tsurara looked worriedly at kagami as she layed unconscious in night Rikuo's arm's

"She'll be ok she's strong willed" night rikuo said "I certainly hope so master rikuo" Tsurara said as rikuo walked away while carrying kagami

Night Rikuo's pov

I was carrying kagami down the stairs and I ended up running into kana 'why was she in the dark while going down the stairs not that I have much of an excuse either' I thought to myself

"Good timing could you take care of her for me" I said as I had given kagami to kana for her to take care of 'now all I have to do is deal with gyuki' I thought to myself

2 day's later...

3rd person pov

Rikuo had taken Kagami to the nura household and was currently unconscious for 2 days due to blood loss he was praying she would wake up soon

"Please wake up kagami I hate that I'm not able to see you awake it aches me please wake up I love you" he said and kissed her forehead

But right as he was about to leave "why are you running away after confessing your love to me" he heard and turned around to see kagami was awake

"Kagami" he said and sighed in relief "thank goodness your ok" he said and kneeled in front of her checking if she was ok

"Of course I'm ok dummy did you really think an injury to my side would stop me from recovering" kagami said as rikuo rubbed the back of his neck

then he saw a sight he thought he would never see kagami was blushing immensely "did you mean it" she said blushing

"Huh?" Rikuo said confused "when you said that you loved me did you mean it" she said this surprised rikuo "oh I didn't think you heard me" rikuo said blushing immensely in embarrassment

Kagami listened for his answer as he looked at kagami and breathes in heavily "I meant every word I love you very much kagami kujo will you be my girlfriend" rikuo said
