Watanuki woke up back in iku's bedroom and noticed iku was sitting up awake and she was looking out the window

"Iku" Watanuki said iku looked towards him and smiled genuinely "did you sleep well" iku said "well...what about you are you feeling any better" Watanuki said

"I'm feeling much better thank you" iku said with a smile on her face "you look better" watanuki said and touched her forehead to check her temperature

"You don't have a fever anymore so that's good" watanuki said as iku chuckled "I'm fine watanuki" iku said with a small blush on her face

"Well you look so much better I wouldn't be surprised if magic had some part in it" he said "it was magic" she said with a serious tone

"What you can't possibly be serious" watanuki said with a joking tone but iku wasn't joking she was completely serious

Watanuki saw she wasn't laughing "aren't you" he said "I'm not entirely normal watanuki" she said with a sad smile on her face

"The only reason why you were able to see my memories is because I am able to use Astral magic" she said "Well sorry if I'm a bit surprised at this sudden information" he said

"I suppose you probably hate me now don't you know that you know I'm not entirely human" she said watanuki shook his head

"Oh iku I'm not the type of person to throw away my friends and you have definitely earned that merit" he said as she suddenly wrapped her arms around his torso

This surprised watanuki "thank you watanuki" she said in a soft voice watanuki blushed and his heart started pounding

He smiled and wrapped his arms around her back 'maybe change is needed in this world' watanuki thought to himself as he hugged her

A soft click could be heard right outside the room as Chiharu had taken some pictures of iku and watanuki hugging and sent them to the group chat

Watanuki walked out of the house and held his chest looking back up at iku who was looking at him through her window waving bye

Watanuki smiled and waved back to her then left iku sat on her bed and felt the wind blow against her hair she started to sing

I stopped singing and looked out the window "hey" I heard Chiharu say "you look better" Chiharu said "yeah I am" she said

"It's been a long time since anyone has heard you sing you really must love him" Chiharu said I frowned "he likes someone else" I said

Chiharu stopped "how do you know that?" She asked "he likes my best friend himawari" I said leaning my head against the window sill
