band practice gone wrong

3rd person pov

A hand slammed into her locker twice to get it unstuck Hikari looked behind her to see Peter who had just helped her out with her locker

Hikari's pov

"You having bad luck with your locker again" peter said "yeah it really seems to hate me" I said and rubbed the back of my neck embarrassed and went through my locker

"So I thought if it were possible maybe you and I can hang out later since Harry and Gwen are busy" peter said I puffed out my cheeks and closed my locker

"I am actually busy with band practice I'm sorry peter it sounds like a good idea but I'm busy too" I said and smiled apologetically at him as I walked away

Peter's pov

'Oh well it was worth a shot' I thought to myself as I watched her walk away I walked away and sighed "what's the matter puny parker" I heard

'Oh great absolutely the last person I wanted to see, flash Thompson the school bully' I thought to myself as I saw him sneer at me

"You better not be thinking about asking Hikari heartnet out to the dance freak cause I'm asking her out" he said as he dropped me to the floor and walked away

'Again this can't possibly get any worse of course I could be wrong' I thought to myself as I wiped my sweat from my forehead

Later...

I was in my Spider-man suit and swung around if I were a star burst fan which I am I'd be at the auditorium watching the band practice

If it's already not too obvious I like  Hikari I mean like like her but of course who wouldn't like such a beautiful girl like her

I see her tuning her guitar making sure it's exactly at the right thing she wanted her band is very popular she's the lead vocalist and a base player

I heard the microphone feedback go off as they got started with the practice she started off with a tune on her guitar then started singing

Hikari: "🎶 Your love, your love Your love is my drug Your love, your love, your love Maybe I need some rehab Or maybe just need some sleep I got a sick obsession 🎶"

Hikari: "🎶 I'm seein' it in my dreams
I'm lookin' down every alley
I'm makin' those desperate calls

Hittin' my head against the wall 🎶"

Hikari: "🎶 What you got, boy, is hard to find I think about it all the time I'm all strung out, my heart is fried I just can't get you off my mind 🎶"

"She's so good too it's not unlike her to share such a beautiful voice to the world" I said then my spidey sense was going off 'uh oh spidey sense is tingling'

Hikari: "🎶 Because your love, your love
Your love is my drug Your love, your love, your love I said your love, your love Your love is my drug Your love, your love, your love 🎶"

"Uh oh" I said as I saw someone messing with the stage lights trying to make them fall on top of Hikari "oh no you don't" I said shooting webs at the stage lights stopping them from falling

Hikari: "🎶 Won't listen to any advice
Momma's tellin' me I should think twice
But left to my own devices I'm addicted, it's a crisis 🎶"

Then there was a shrill screech that was heard "silence" we all heard "vulture" I said "what the heck man this is a private band practice" one of Hikari's band mates said

"I'll silence you all" vulture said I swung through and kicked him "you know this is getting pretty boring always having to turn you into the police vulture" I said

Hikari's pov

I watched as Spider-man fought the vulture I looked towards the speakers and the lights above me I thought for a moment

"This gives me an idea" I said as I hooked up my base guitar to the sound system turning up the volume and strumming the chords making vulture lose focus of his flying and fall

The lights above me fell and Spider-man swung over to me and grabbed me before it fell on me "you made a good move back there" he said

He set me down as the smoke cleared and vulture was under the pile "hm maybe a little too good" he said I kissed his masked cheek and buried my face in the crook of his neck

Peter's pov

I blushed at the kiss on the cheek "Thank you Spider-man" I said "no problem saving people is my specialty" I said

Later...

I was back to swinging my webs in the streets 'well at least one good thing came from this day' I thought to myself as I headed home

I came home to aunt May and went up to my room I closed my door and fell on my bed with a dreamy sigh every time I always have to rescue her she has a plan to go with it the kiss on the cheek is the highlight of my day

"To think it was only 3 months ago when we met" I said as I looked over at a photo of me, Hikari, Gwen and Harry

3rd person pov....

Hikari was heading home after the ruined band practice she was looking through photos on her phone and came across the first picture when she was a kid

She chuckled lightly at the photo and started to wonder "I wonder what peter looked like when he was younger" she said to herself as she waked home and held her guitar case trying not to drop it

She pulled out her keys and unlocked the door to the apartment complex she opened and closed the door removing her shoes

But she felt another presence in the house and almost screamed if not for the huge familiarity that the figure had "iku!!!"
