Next things Carlos knew he was arriving at the station he walked over to the ambulance seeing that fire was out on a call " lover boy your here ." Nancy said Carlos considered going up the stairs but stopped in his travels " can I ask you something?" Carlos said " sure ." Nancy said

"How does he seem today ?" Carlos said "did something happen Carlos ." Nancy said in a more serious tone " he had a rough night last night .."

"Babe ?" Tk said coming downstairs " hey I brought you a coffee." Carlos smiled " he was asking me where you went ." Nancy said " you didn't tell me you were coming ." Tk said waking downstairs " I wanted to surprise you ." Carlos smiled " you know for someone who says I drink to much coffee you sure love feeding my addiction ." Tk laughed "okay I'll leave you two love birds to it ." Nancy laughed walking up the steps

" so the sticky note bandit strikes again ?" Carlos smiled as tk led him to the kitchen and " you love it ." Tk smirked " maybe I do ." Carlos teased " go ahead ." Tk said " how'd you know ." Owen said " I didn't know you were stopping by ." Owen said " I was actually just leaving a have a shift to get ready for ." Nancy caught up to Carlos on his way out " what did you mean earlier when you said Tk had a rough night ." Nancy asked "I caught him self harming .." Carlos said " what ?" Nancy said " I- he seemed fine today ." Nancy said " he's good at hiding ." Carlos said " do me a favor ..?" Carlos asked " just keep a look out for him okay ? Later that day EMS had just got back from a call it was nothing different than their other calls really but tk didn't really say much "you okay ?" Nancy said once they got back to the station " I'm fine I'm gonna go get changed and head out ." Tk said giving her a little smile " wait are you staying with Carlos tonight?" Nancy asked " no why ." Tk said " did you wanna come over have a movie night ? ." Nancy said biting her lower lip " I kinda just wanna go home ." Tk said with a little laugh " please I miss our movie nights we haven't done one in two weeks ." Nancy said " that's not that long ." Tk laughed " for us it is cmon I miss me baby brother ." Nancy teased " you keep saying that people are going to think we're related ." Tk said " you guys are related ?" Mateo said making tk facepalm " is that a yes ?" Nancy said " fine only because I have nothing better to do with my life ." Tk said

Later that night they sat on Nancy's couch in her living room " so how are things going with Carlos ?" Nancy asked "good." Tk smiled "he makes you happy dosen't he?." Nancy said " yeah.. I like him a lot ." Tk said " do you love him ?" Nancy asked " yeah he's - he's really great ." Tk cheesed getting up to get a water from the fridge " you haven't told him yet have you ?" Nancy said " not necessarily it's just - he's had a lot on his plate I didn't want to add anymore stress now that he's getting a break ." Tk said " wow you really need some health relationship advice ." Nancy said " shut up says you whoa been on a date with 4 guys in the last week and refuses to tell me about it ." Tk said " the point is you need to tell him ." Nancy said " I hear the wedding bells ringing already ." Nancy said " there will be no wedding bells ringing anytime soon we just crossed over 6 months let us be ." Tk laughed

" I like seeing you like this ." Nancy said " like what ?" Tk said looking at Nancy " happy smiling ." Nancy said "you know if you wanna talk I'm only a call away right ?" Nancy said " yeah ." Tk said

Tk snuck into Carlos's place the next morning well technically he didn't sneak he has a key but Carlos didn't know he was coming tk placed his shoes right next to Carlos's placing his keys on the key rack locking the door behind him before sneaking up into Carlos's bedroom tk crawled into bed placing a few kisses on Carlos's nose

"Tiger..." Carlos said groggily " what are you doing here- thought you had a thing with Nancy ." Carlos said being cut off mid sentence with a yawn " I snuck away to come see you ." Tk smiled placing another kiss on Carlos's head " bad boy ."Carlos mumbled " so bad ." Tk smiled in return

" I've gotta shift but I'll see you after okay ?" Tk said " come over later I want to cuddle you for the next day and a half ." Carlos mumbled into the pillow " love you ." Tk blurted out before closing the bedroom door upon exiting

Later that night tk let himself in it was pretty late at night so he wasn't expecting Carlos to be up meaning they could save the awkward conversation for tomorrow but when he cracked open the bedroom door he saw Carlos laying there reading a book " thought you would be asleep its late ." Tk said giving Carlos a little smile "I wanted to wait up for you ." Carlos smiled as tk pulled off his Tk shirt pulling on one of Carlos's hoodies before crawling into bed "about earlier before I left -." Tk said " Ty its okay ." Carlos said "how was my little nerds day at work ." Carlos said kissing Tk's head " I'm not a nerd ." Tk laughed "yes you are ." Carlos said " it was fine ." Tk said resting his head on Carlos's shoulder " wanna go to bed ?" Carlos asked " yeah ." Tk mumbled

Carlos turned off the light and waited till tk got comfortable before placing a kiss on his head " I love you ." Carlos said so effortlessly tk just smiled kissing Carlos's lips
