"Hey how'd your meeting go ?" Carlos asked turning off the stove " good ." Tk said as Carlos came and wrapped his arms around Tk's waist " you sure ?" Carlos asked " yeah do you remember that guy cooper I told you about ." Tk said " yeah what's up ?" Carlos said
" I asked him to be my sponsor tonight ." Tk said leaning his head back to look at Carlos " I didn't know you were in the market ." Carlos said walking back into the kitchen " I wasn't I just - I had one back in New York and when I moved here I never got a new one ." Tk said leaning against the counter
" your mad ." Tk said watching Carlos " no -I'm happy for you ." Carlos said giving Tk a smile
Carlos didn't mind that tk had a sponsor or that it was a guy even but it made him feel as if he wasn't good enough for tk to confide in and his feelings got stronger and stronger as the days went on

Later that night "hey baby" Carlos said as tk came over placing a kiss on the top of Carlos's head " I don't really feel like cooking tonight did you wanna order in ?" Carlos said watching as tk went to the fridge " I'm not hungry but you can .." tk said closing the fridge "you okay ?" Carlos said taking hold of Tk's hand " yeah fine just gonna go lay down ." Carlos came in later that night seeing tk laying in bed with his AirPods in carlos laid on the bed next to tk taking out of of his AirPods putting it in his own ear Tk turned his face to the side to see carlos looking at him carlos didn't say anything just ran his fingers through Tk's hair
The next day tk was in the living room on the couch " your meeting a in half and hour thought you would be getting ready ?" Carlos said from the kitchen " I'm gonna blow it off ." Tk said coming to the kitchen " your blowing it off ?" Carlos said kinda surprised "I don't feel like I need to go ." Tk said " but even when you don't need one you go ." Carlos said " I'm just not feeling it rather spend time with you ." Tk said " are you sure do you need to call cooper ?" Carlos asked " he's not my sponsor anymore ." Tk said " that's - why ?" Carlos said taking a double take " you can say it I know your relieved ." Tk said " I know how uncomfortable he made you ." Tk said sitting back on the couch pulling a blanket over his legs " tk thats not a reason -." Carlos said " It is for me the last thing I wanna do is make you uncomfortable ill be fine without a sponsor but I need you ." Tk said rubbing Carlos's leg
A few days later Carlos got a message from Nancy

Later that night Carlos stood in the kitchen across from cooper " I owe you a big apology .." Carlos said " Tk didn't want you to be his sponsor anymore because of me .. I was insecure and jealous it was stupid but tk picked up on it and being tk he wanted to fix it .." Carlos said " you don't owe me anything neither of you guys do ." Cooper said " when tk was opening up to you about problems he was having it was making me insecure because I felt that he didn't feel safe enough to tell me and I realize now that he just needed someone who has been through whaat he has ." Carlos said "I'm really protective over tk and I just want him to be okay ." Carlos said " where's tk now ?" Cooper asked " he's on his way back from work That's kinda the other thing I wanted to talk to you about ." Carlos said " there was a call today he was really upset by he hasn't been eating either .." Carlos said " ill talk to him ." Cooper said
Tk came through the door of the loft "baby you here ?" Tk said putting his stuff in the closet " he went out he said he would be back in a little ." Cooper said " cooper ?" Tk said confused " Carlos said you needed a bud .." cooper said with a soft smile " he called you ?" Tk asked " he cares about you a lot .' Cooper said with a smile
When Carlos came back home cooper had left and tk was leaning on the counter in the kitchen " thank you ." Tk smiled before hugging Carlos "I thought you weren't comfortable with him ?" Tk said looking up at Carlos " I might have done a background check ." Carlos said " dork ." Tk smiled " grand designs ?" Tk asked " I have other plans for you ." Carlos smiled pulling tk in for a kiss
Carlos led tk to the bedroom the pressure of Carlos's palm is on his jaw Tk's hands travel underneath Carlos's shirt as they kiss until they separate by Carlos pushing tk on the bed carlos removes his own shirt as tk does the same just in time for carlos to climb on top of tk so their desperate lips could join " your so putting that in the hamper later ." Carlos teased " come back here and kiss me ."
