Appearance: has short basil colored swept down hair (Like Shoji's) that covers half his face, he stands at about 210cm,His most distinguished features is that he has Eight prosthetics arms, he wears black feather coat that conceals six of his arms.he is shown to wear black sweatpants and white sandals, on the legs of sweatpants, the left one ika meaning squid says and the right says Tako.

past:Past:At the Age of 5, Tetsu learned how to craft limbs from many material and was able to have them fully function like regular limbs.When this reaches his parents, they decided to take him to the hospital to have him make new prosthetics limbs, it took a while, but he eventually did it fast,he even was able to make them Functional in many ways, from powerful jumps, super strength with carrying things and many others! Sadly, after a car accident he lost his arms, preventing him from making more, but he had a smart idea! He decided to craft not 2, but 8 new arms! this gives him the ability to make limbs even faster and better, while improving his own.he normally thanked his cousin, Miaya for helping him.when the tragedy happened, he was taken by surprise, when he learned the hospital his parents were at, was set to flames, killing everyone and his parents.this traumatized him, as he felt entire fear and hatred at himself, so he decided to seek out his cousin Miaya for help, but he found out about monaca ending Miaya life, which crushed his very soul into joining the Li'l remnants of despair

personality: is shown to be normally the quiet type of his family, not being shy, but rather not be talk much, but he is shown to be helpful and kind,he likes to interact with people despite not talking, actually he is seen to have a bit of Miaya's shyness, but he doesn't mind being touched.Tetsu sometimes goes by himself, to make sure not to put anyone in danger if he is targeted, he can prepare to fight if needed
