Appearance:He has a dragon blue pompadour(Roughraff), along with this he seems to be the same height as Mela,he Has red pupils.he has dragon like teeth . He wears a Black and Red Yukata, on which are Bugs and Dragons, which represents the Pokémon he has. Along with this he has a black Hakama With a Ninjask pattern, on his back is large dark blue feather jacket. Finally he wears a mask in the shape of a hydreigon, though the color is based off a shiny one. it was shown that his eyes are actually Contact lenses under which are fly like eyes, though this is what they look look they function like regular eyes

Personality:tonbo is shown to be quiet with his mask on, only saying a few words or moves, while he is also shown to be calm and calculating with battles. to bullies he is rather annoyed and decides to challenge them to a battle, luckily this is when his mask is on, but things become worse when it's removed. When is mask is removed he flies into a fury and rage onto his opponents, deciding to have his Pokémon fight more seriously. this is implies that he was bullied on how he looks, which is why he wears a mask.
