The twenty-seventh tick
I groaned and turned my body around after laying on my front. It's been hours already, and they're not done yet. I've been making myself busy with watching different movies, even though rinig na rinig ko ang boses ni Kuya Zyler at Atlas mula dito sa kwarto. It's a bit muffled, but I'm sure it's them. Silang dalawa lang naman ang mag-iingay sa baba. Kuya Xavier and Kairos wouldn't do that, of course.
I pouted and sat down completely. Inabot ko ang cellphone ko mula sa bedside table and search for Ais' number on my inbox. I started typing my inis because of them.

I shut my phone off after sending those emoticons to her. Padabog akong humiga ulit. My lips pouted when they became loud again, sa baba. Umikot ako at muling dumapa sa kama.
I opened my phone and searched for Kairos' number. I giggled and tapped the editing button for me to change his name in my contacts. Pinindot ko ang bagong notif na lumabas mula sa taas ng screen ko, para buksan 'yon.
