"What? But she doesn't even seem that bad!" You say.

"She is. Untamed humans are dangerous." Hunter says.

"How do you know?" You say.

"Because Belos himself has dealt with them." Hunter says.

"What makes them dangerous?" You ask.

"They're wild. They're like animals, they do so much if you aren't careful." He says.

"They associate themselves with anything wild, if they get their hands on wild magic and overuse it it will be chaos." Hunter says.

"Hunter she's a normal person." You say.

"No human is normal, unless their taught what's good and what isn't, such as wild magic." He says.

"You're being overdramatic." You fold your arms.

"Stay away from her, you don't want her to go on a rampage." He says.

"What's wrong with you?" You say.

"Nothing im telling you the truth." He says.

"It's not the truth, it's what you've been told." You say.

"By someone who's lived for nearly a thousand years." Hunter says.

"If anyone knows his stuff it's Belos." He says.

"Yeah but like you said, thousands of years right? Cant things change by time?" You say.

"We're taking precautions Y/n, that's why we're studying her, we don't know." He says.

"Dumb." You grumble.

"Sorry." He says.

"See why I don't wanna be a coven scout? You guys suck." You say.

"We work really hard to get where we are Y/n." He says.

"Oooh we work reeeealllllyyyy hard to get where we areeeee." You mock him.

"Titan." He sighs.

You roll your eyes.

"Hey, can you please not?" He says.

"It's just dumb you guys are assuming." You grumble.

"Luz seems really nice." You say.

"That's what your assuming too." He says.

"Oh my Titan." You groan.

"I'm just gonna go to my room." You sigh.

"Wait." He grabs your arm.

"What?" You say.

"Just, before you leave all mad at me, here." He says.

He hands you a flower again. It's a hydrangea. You look at him and then back at the flower again. You take it.

"It's for you." His ears turn a little red, he folds his arms.

"Thanks." You say.

He looks away and nods, hiding his face. He gets so easily nervous and embarassed, you've recently been able to notice that.

You shoot a simple smile at him. He glanced at your smile and his face got slightly redder.

"Um.. bye." He says softly, going the other direction

"Bye." You say.

You walk over to your room, and open the door.

You place the hydrangea next to the daffodil he gave you. You think he's taken a liking to communicating through flowers.
